It’s (Another) Boy!

It looks like Anne Heche got her divorce from ex-husband Coley Laffoon, dad to her seven-year-old son Homer, just in the nick of time. US Weekly reports that the actress gave birth to a son by actor James Tupper over the weekend.
Heche’s rep told US that Atlas Heche Tupper weighed in at six pounds, 12 ounces, and Homer is “very excited to be a big brother.” Their friends are excited because they can mail the “Congratulations on Your Divorce” and “Congratulations on Your New Baby” cards in the same envelope and save a stamp.
We’re sure Laffoon is excited to be rid of this crazy broad. And to have her still paying the bills. Things were so quiet back when she was gay.

Anne’s Free – For Now

Anne Heche is officially a free woman, after a hard-fought divorce from cinematographer Coleman “Coley” Laffoon. The pair separated in Dec. 2006 and had been fighting over custody of their seven-year-old son Homer.
The AP reports that the pair will share custody of Homer when both are in Los Angeles, and Heche will pay $3,700 in monthly child support, as well as 75 percent of her son’s private school tuition.
The decree comes just in time, as Heche is pregnant by actor James Tupper. The couple met while both were doing the now-cancelled series “Men in Trees.” Let’s hope they won’t be fighting over custody of the new baby in a few years.

It’s A Boy For Anne

A rep for Anne Heche has confirmed to Usmagazine.com that the actress and her beau, actor James Tupper, are going to have a baby boy. The two first met in 2006 during filming of the ABC series “Men In Trees” while both were still wed to their previous spouses.
Let’s hope this flighty pair can stay together long enough to get junior toilet-trained.

Actress Anne Heche is expecting a baby with actor James Tupper, whom she met while shooting the now-cancelled ABC series “Men in Trees.” The couple began seeing each other in 2006, while Heche was still married to cameraman Coley Laffoon and Tupper to actress Katherine Mayfield. Heche and Laffoon became embroiled in a lengthy custody battle over their son Homer, especially his spending time in Vancouver with Heche and Tupper in Vancouver during the shooting of “Trees.” Heche previously had a well-publicized relationship with Ellen DeGeneres that lasted three years. No word yet on whether the prospective parents plan to marry in the future but Heche’s rep says they are “thrilled” to be expecting.

Anne Needs Child Support Help

With the impending Screen Actors Guild strike and the cancellation of her ABC show, Men On Trees, Anne Heche is asking for a reprieve from her spousal and child support payments. People.com is reporting that Anne can no longer afford the nearly $15,000 in child and spousal support she pays to ex-husband Coley Laffoon. A judge gave her a temporary break, saying she didn’t have to pay her next payment covering the month of July, but she’ll still have to turn in updated income and expense information. Anne also stated in court papers that she continues to look for work, but she has no offers pending. See, even actors are dealing with the bad economy. And $15,000 in child and spousal support??? Who was her lawyer?!?!
