Benji Madden checked out a showing of works by legendary Japanese tattoo artist Horiyoshi the Third at Canvas Los Angeles on Fairfax Ave. in Los Angeles on Saturday  night. The show marked the debut of the Horiyoshi the Third clothing line, and featured 10 full body suits and 50 original paintings.

InTouch Weekly seems to think so. In their December 29 issue, they report that Paris Hilton’s ex Benji Madden has been secretly seeing Britney Spears. A source told the tab:

“They’ve been on a few dates. They met once at The Peninsula hotel in Beverly Hills for dinner in a hotel suite. She appears to like Benji a lot, and he seems to really like her.”

The story claims Papa Spears came up with a list of acceptable suitors for his daughter which included Madden, Chace Crawford,  Jesse Metcalf, and Michael Phelps. Manager Larry Rudolph made a few calls and the newly-available Madden was interested. 

Is this true? Will the pairing work out? Well, Brit did say she wanted a guy with a career of his own.

Well, maybe for one night. E! News says ex-lovers Paris Hilton and Benji Madden hooked up at last night’s opening of the D&G boutique on Robertson Blvd. After running into each other on the red carpet, the pair adjourned to a private spot where they could talk but Benji soon left with bro Joel and Nicole Richie. Not present at the bash was Hilton’s recent date actor Gerard Butler.

According to Page Six,  Nicole Richie doesn’t want Benji Madden to hook up with anyone new since his split from her BFF Paris Hilton. Sources report Nicole “has been really possessive and stops him from talking to other girls.” Richie, Benji’s twin Joel’s baby mama, was spotted bird-dogging Paris’ ex at a Good Charlotte record release party and the source continued ”Benji was approached by dozens of ladies. Girls were trying to flirt with him . . . but Nicole kept getting in the way.”

Hmm…does this mean Paris took their split harder than than we thought and Nicole knows she wants him back?

Paris Hilton is poo-pooing reports that she kicked longtime BF (long for her, anyway) Benji Madden to the curb so she could be free to party. In a call to Ryan Seacrest of E! News, Paris gave her take on the situation:

“Right now we’re just taking a break. He is an incredible person, and we will always be really close. We will see what happens in the future. I am still in love with him…He has been working nonstop with his brother on his new record. I am working and traveling. All these reports that say I dumped him aren’t true. This is a decision we made together as adults.”

Translation from celebspeak: I dumped him but my publicist thinks this version looks better for my image. 

To the surprise of, well, nobody, Paris Hilton is single again after dumping Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden after a nine-month romance. A source told The Star that Paris found Benji “too controlling.” Gee, he’s wearing a T shirt that says “Obey” and she’s surprised? The Star reports:

“Paris was fed up with Benji always telling her what to do and bossing her around. She couldn’t take his overbearing ways anymore. It was stressing her out. He can be very aggressive and he was just too much trouble.”

The source adds that the couple’s final blowup came after Paris was photographed getting cozy with former fiancee Stavros Niarchos on Saturday night in Miami.

“Benji didn’t like it that she spent the evening with Stavros, He blew up and Paris felt victimized. He gave her a lot of grief about that. She felt she couldn’t cut loose and party. He doesn’t drink and doesn’t think she should either. She felt too fenced in.”

So basically, these two had nothing in common and it took them nine months to realize it?

After reports with photos surfaced of Paris Hilton and former fiance Stavros Nicarchos making out in Miami, the heiress has returned to L.A.—solo. Last night, she and sis Nicky checked out karaoke at Villa while her latest boyfriend of several months, Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden, was spotted at the Key Club. Has yet another of Paris’ romances ground to a halt?

Has Paris Hilton dumped steady BF Benji Madden for an old love? Absence seems to have made the heart—and other body parts—grow fonder for the heiress and her former fiance Stavros Niarchos. The two hooked up at Miami’s Mokai nightspot over the weekend and a witness reported:

“Paris and Stavros were all over each other. They were at the same table for about an hour and then they left together. It didn’t seem like Benji was on her mind at all!”

No word on Madden’s whereabouts or if he demanded his “B” necklace back.

I’ve stopped trying to figure out this Paris Hilton/Benji Madden relationship about a second after they started dating. In the paparazzi world, twisted usually is good for business. But what’s bad for business is seeing an heiress and her emo boyfriend get killed in his new ’suped up Shelby Mustang Cobra. It certainly appears that the Cobra Mustang is way too powerful for the over compensating Madden brother, which you can see in the video below. Luckily, Benji was able to somehow avoid the big bright orange bus and it’s blaring horn as he and Paris were leaving the Beverly Hills eatery Il Pastaio a couple days ago.

So the Madden twins, Benji and Joel, were guests on Ryan Seacrest’s morning radio show yesterday and Benji had a lot of interesting things to say about fatherhood. I guess the other twin is considering fatherhood with girlfriend Paris Hilton and is not afraid to say it out loud. i know we always give Paris a lot of flack, but I can see the difference in her since she got together with Benji. She just seems more chill, you know? Anyway, this is the sweet thing Benji said about his Paris: “I’ve never been so happy. Nothing worries me in life anymore. When you find that best friend, that love, all your worries kind of go away. Your work gets better and everything you do, you have someone supporting you, and she’s that for me. I’ve never been supported so much.” If that’s not love, then I don’t know what is. I’m going to go out on a limb and say these two will end up together. Hey, if the Lakers can come back from a 3-1 deficit in the NBA Finals (and they will), then anything can happen.

No photographer’s life would be complete these days if they don’t run into the lovely duo that is Paris Hilton and Benji Madden. The two were spotted side by side again yesterday, as they ran errands in Beverly Hills. You can definitely tell Paris loves being photographed more than her man does. That’s not a surprise, though. Paris looks like she should be selling leis in her get-up, or working at Island’s Burgers. Mmm, burgers. I just had a Homer Simpson moment. What can I say about these two? They’re still together and it doesn’t look like there’s an end coming soon. Benris is the real thing…for now. Ah, spring love – there’s nothing like it.

After a month of touring abroad, the Good Charlotte boys are back in the studio. The duo, Joel and Benji Madden, arrived at a Studio City complex separately yesterday. Joel accompanied girlfriend Nicole Richie to traffic school earlier in the day so she, in turn, came along for the studio session. Benji arrived solo, which was surprising since he’s been joined at the hip with girlfriend Paris Hilton the last month or so. How can you tell the boys apart? Benji doesn’t have facial hair and he’s a bit bulkier. I’m sure you’ve always wanted to know that.

Maybe Paris and Benji are going to beat Nicole and Joel to altar. Kathy and Rick Hilton, Paris’ parents, recently talked to Vegas Luxe Life (a blog by Robin Leach of Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous fame) about their oldest daughter’s new man. And what did they have to say? They absolutely adore him. Says Rick: “He’s polite, well-mannered—even calls me sir! We love him like family already.” Kathy added that she thinks this is the real thing and that Paris is genuinely in-love for the first time. They’ve even given the couple the go ahead if they chose to go all the way. And by all the way, I believe they mean marriage, not the other…nevermind. Come to think of it, Paris does seem happier on pictures since she got with Benji. She always smiled for the cameras before, but you can totally tell she’s into him when they’re photographed together. Benji might just be the man who’ll make an honest woman out of Paris. Then again, I also still believe in unicorns, so what do I know.

You gotta’ hand it to Paris – at least you know she’s down for her man. Check her out pimpin’ that DCMA bag for the cameras. Benji’s gotta’ be proud of that. Paris and Benji were spotted yesterday leaving his DCMA boutique on Melrose Avenue. Benji opened up the store with his twin, Joel, and they’ve been sporting the threads everywhere lately. Paris looks like the proud girlfriend, smartly carrying the bag with the logo visible. She’s an expert shopper, after all. I’m kind of hoping these two last. With all the shopping Nicole was doing yesterday, we almost forgot to pay attention to the birthday boys. Well, we wanted to wish Benji and Joel Madden a very happy 29th birthday. This is a picture of a card Nicole bought for her honey, Joel, yesterday. I’m sure she has some great plans for his special day. Then again, I’m sure their new daughter is present enough for him. Benji, on the other hand, had a little party at LAX last weekend in Las Vegas. I believe Paris planned that party for him. Best friends dating twin brothers. Gee, how very Sweet Valley High of them. Good times.

Yeah, I’m not too good at making up nicknames for sorta’ celebrity couples, so Benris will have to do for Paris Hilton and Benji Madden. The new couple hasn’t wasted any time showing off their love to the world. Our photogs found the two hanging out at the Four Seasons Hotel today and Paris smiled and hammed it up for the cameras, as always. She was wearing a nice little band on her ring finger, but I’m not too sure if that was a gift from Benji. I’d like to see pics of them double dating with Nicole and Joel. That would be a good photo op. I’m sure Paris has that in the works as I type this. Anyway, check out the other photos we got of the couple below.
