It’s Baby Day!

Upate: Alright, y’all, now I’m getting reports that Christina’s still pregnant and hasn’t gone into labor. Her rep told Usmagazine.com the same thing. So Christina and Jordan are still awaiting their little bundly of joy. I’ll keep you posted.
Congratulations to Christina Aguilera and husband Jordan Bratman as they welcomed a new baby boy this afternoon! Christina was also at Cedar Sinai Medical Center, where Nicole Richie gave birth today to a baby girl. Also at Cedar Sinai was Christine Kim, comedian David Alan Grier’s wife, who gave birth to a baby girl. And last but not the least - another congratulations to Courtney Thorne-Smith, who welcomed a new baby boy with husband Roger Fishman. I wasn’t kidding when I said we’re going through Baby Watch 2008. Happy times to all the new parents!

Ladies and gentlemen, we are in the midst of Baby Watch 2008. I’m tuning in and wondering when the heck all these pregnant stars are going to give birth. Just from the looks of it (and from my non-expert opinion), Christina Aguilera is due pretty soon. And, Eonline.com is actually reporting that she might be giving birth tomorrow by C-section. Christina has said that she’s due sometime in the new year, which gave her 12 months to toy with, but I’ll take a gamble and go with January and at the latest February. I’ll keep y’all updated.
Now, we have Nicole Richie, who is due this month. Again, reports have said that she is due sometime next week, so we shall see. I can’t wait to see what this baby’s going to look like. Nicole’s been pretty quiet the last few weeks and we haven’t seen her out and about, so she’s probably been resting up. Just gathering from folks I know who’ve been preggy, I know they usually get more lethargic especially during the last months. I mean, hello, they’re carrying a human being in their tummies. If you think about that in a sci-fi movie kind of way, it’s insane. Anyway, I’ll give you heads up when Nicole gives birth. Safe and happy labor to both ladies!

Christina Aguilera celebrated her 27th birthday with a quiet dinner with husband Jordan Bratman and a couple friends tonight at Houstons steakhouse in Santa Monica. The expecting mother looked as radiant as ever as she braved the rainy streets of Santa Monica as she kept one arm on her husband and the other on her baby bump.

It’s a rainy day here in Southern California but the sun is beaming on Brad Pitt. William Bradley Pitt was born on this day 44 years ago in Shawnee, Oklahoma. This Oklahoma boy has certainly done very well for himself, hasn’t he? Happy Birthday, Brad! We hope you have a fabulous day with your beautiful woman and equally stunning children! I’m sure Angelina has already planned some amazing treats for Brad’s born day celebration. She’s a very good gift-giver, after all. Just last year she arranged a private tour of famed architecht Frank Lloyd Wright’s home, Fallingwater, for his birthday. I’m sure she won’t be skimping on creativity this year. Here’s to an exceptional day, Brad!
There are also other stars celebrating their special day today. Mom-to-be Christina Aguilera turns 27 today and Katie Holmes turns 29. We wish these two beautiful women a very happy birthday as well! Good times!
Marie Claire Cover Girl And Glowing

One of our favorite pregnant celebs, Christina Aguilera, is gracing the cover of Marie Claire for its January 2008 issue. The magazine will be available in newstands on December 11 and Xtina looks quite fetching on the cover (with just a leather jacket creatively covering her being). She also apparently opens up about being preggy and when the baby was probably concieved. Just from the tiny excerpts I’ve read from the issue, it looks to be a very intimate conversation with the singer. Christina is said to be due in early 2008 and no one doubts that she’ll be singing tons of lullabies to her newborn. Check your newstands for the new issue.
