Did Angie Spread Rumors About Jen?

A new book is coming out about superstar couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie—and it does not put the gorgeous actress in the most flattering light. US Weekly takes a look inside “Brangelina: The Untold Story of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie,” and reveals some scandalous tidbits.
Author Ian Halperin claims that Jolie, along with manager Geyer Kosinski and brother James Haven, planted stories in the press painting Brad’s ex-wife Jennifer Aniston as a cold career woman who refused to give her husband the children he craved. Halperin writes that Angie “was convinced that this is the story that would resonate with all these women who saw her as a man-stealing bitch.”
Well, the ploy seems to have worked, since Jen has been forced to answer those rumors since they started in 2005.

Angie Rakes In The Big Bucks

Angelina Jolie has beaten out arch-rival Jennifer Aniston again—this time by having a more lucrative career.
Forbes magazine has released its annual list of highest-paid actresses for 2009, and Jolie took the number one spot with an estimated $27 million. Most of that came from the profits of “Wanted” and her advance check for the upcoming spy thriller “Salt.”
Coming in second to Angie (again) was Jennifer Aniston with 25 million. She was certainly well-paid for her work on the hit “Marley & Me and the upcoming “The Baster,” but a big chunk of her total comes from “Friends” and her endorsement deal with Glaceau’s SmartWater.
Rounding out the top ten are Meryl Streep, Sarah Jessica Parker, Cameron Diaz, Sandra Bullock, Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Drew Barrymore and Renee Zellweger. Certain tabloid-friendly young actresses should check out this list and notice that, while they may get the media coverage, it’s the serious actresses who make the big money.

Is Jen Ready To Adopt?

Ever since Brad Pitt dumped her for Angelina Jolie and started expanding their brood, Jennifer Aniston has been insisting she will have kids of her own someday. Is she finally going to make it happen?
The Star seems to think so. The cover story in their new issue claims the 40-year-old actress already has the wheels in motion to adopt a baby boy. According to “a friend,” “She doesn’t want to wait. Her best friends all have kids, and Jen sees how much motherhood changed their lives for the best. She’s dying to have that!”
Unlike the Jolie-Pitts, Jen plans to buy adopt her kid here in the USA, and she’s working with an agency in California. Will this really happen? Well, a baby seem to be the latest accessory for the image-conscious celeb.
