Jenny From The Hills

Here are some great pictures of Jennifer Lopez leaving the Beverly Hills Hotel. Our photogs spotted the new mommy just leaving the luxury hotel without hubby Marc Anthony. He hasn’t been seen around town, so I’m going to assume he didn’t accompany Jennifer here. If anything, I’m sure he’s taking very good care of the twins at home. It was documented a few months ago that Jen and Marc’s nannies suddenly quit on them, but the couple have yet to re-hire anyone, preferring to do everything themselves. Well, if mommy’s leaving the Beverly Hills Hotel, then that means daddy’s on diaper duty. But Marc wouldn’t have it any other way, as he recently told a mag: “We share the parenting responsibilities. We are a team. I love being a dad and that is a big part of it. My family is strong and my foundations are good and they give me so much energy. So I have energy to look after them and energy to work. I am on top of the world right now.” Sounds good to us. More photos of Jen are available after the jump. Check them out.
Jennifer Shouts Out Alma Mater

Jennifer Lopez gave her alma mater some love yesterday when she sported a Preston High School hoodie. The new mom attended the all-girls Bronx, NY Catholic high school and she’s obviously very proud of where she came from. Jennifer was on her way to the Sonya Dakar Skin Clinic (and later to a gym) in Beverly Hills when our photogs spotted her. Jennifer gave birth to twins Emme and Max on February, her first children with husband Marc Anthony. She was low-key the first couple of months after giving birth, but has since been out in public much more. Jennifer is reportedly going back to work soon, having just signed on to a new romantic comedy, The Governess. Jen will play a professional thief who has to pose as a nanny in order to pull off a heist and take care of a rich widower’s three unruly children. Yeah, you can kind of guess that she ends up falling for the widower, but I’m sure her fans will still go out and see it. Until then, I have more pics of Jenny from the block after the jump. This little girl from the Bronx really made something out of herself, didn’t she? And she’s had quite a 2008 so far, becoming a new mom to twins Max and Emme. She’s been staying a little bit out of the spotlight and has said that she wants to spend more time at home with the kids and her hubby, Marc Anthony. Well, let’s see how long it stays like this for the work-a-holic Ms. Lopez. Surely she’ll spend some time celebrating today because it’s her birthday. Happy 39th, Jennifer! Jen’s Doggone Problems

Poor Jennifer Lopez. Can’t things just be simple again for the Bronx-born singer/actress/new mama? Why are people always picking on her and calling her a diva? She played Selena for goodness sakes! She played Selena! Alright, since I’ve made my case, there’s another woman who’s making her own case against Ms. JLo. A flight attendant, Lisa Wilson, has filed a $5 million lawsuit against Jennifer, alleging that the entertainer’s German shepherd guard dog hurt her during a 2006 private flight by “attacking [Wilson] and biting her pant leg.” The suit was filed yesterday in Brooklyn Federal Court and states that the attack caused her to fall and suffer back injuries that have prevented her from obtaining further work. Lisa’s suit also claims that Jennifer “knew or should have known that the animal had vicious propensities.” There has been no comment from Jen’s people about the case, so this story’s still developing. I’m sure Jen’s not sweating it, though. She’s probably hanging out with Emme and Max and not thinking about anything/one else.
JLo’s Soft Side

Maybe motherhood has really softened up Jennifer Lopez. JLo, who has a reputation for being a diva, gave back to some of her fans in a major way. According to Huffingtonpost.com, the autistic students at P.S. 37 elementary school fell in-love with one of Jenn’s songs, ‘Let’s Get Loud’, which their teacher, Kathy Amati, played for them everyday. The kids loved the video and song so much, they learned the lyrics and accompanying dance moves. Kathy encouraged the kids to write to Jennifer hoping to score some signed autographed pics. Lo and behold, instead of autographed pictures, Jennifer decided to visit the class instead and attend their graduation. Isn’t that sweet? She also sang their favorite song for them. I can only imagine how happy those kids were. Good job, JLo.
