Jennifer Lopez will be spared having the most intimate moments of her first marriage exposed to the public—but only for one more day.

TMZ reports a judge has granted J.Lo’s request for a temporary restraining order preventing her first ex-husband Ojani Noa from distributing a movie containing home video footage taken during their brief union in 1997-98. The star’s lawyer wants to see the footage, which allegedly contains his client in “a revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room from [her and Noa’s] honeymoon.”

A hearing is scheduled for Tuesday to determine whether the restraining order will remain in effect. This is not the first time Ojani Noa has attempted to capitalize on his short marriage to Lopez, despite a confidentiality agreement signed by both.

Note to jewelers—don’t lend anything to Jennifer Lopez if you want it returned. Page Six reports that Robert Mouawad lent Jenny-from-the-block $50,000 worth of diamonds to attend the launch of Andrea Lieberman’s fashion line, ALC, at Barneys in Beverly Hills last week. Also wearing loaned gems from the Swiss jeweler were Gwen Stefani, Leah Remini and Ellen Pompeo. All three returned theirs when the show was over, but J.Lo didn’t. An insider told Page Six:

“We received a call from [her manager] Benny Medina, informing us that Jennifer was going to keep the jewelry. As far as Mr. Mouawad is concerned, Jennifer can have whatever she wants, but a premature demand seemed presumptuous.”

More like grabby to the max. But the jeweler seems to have decided to get $50,000 worth of publicity out of the situation by making it public. The source stated “Mr. Mouawad is the Swiss billionaire who purchased the 60-carat flawless Mondera Diamond for $50 million. He will lose no sleep over $50,000, and frankly, Jennifer’s endorsement is priceless.”

If you call keeping anything you can get your hands on an “endorsement.” She may have that ice up on eBay next week. Just don’t send her a baby buggy. Her endorsement for that could cost you more than 50 grand.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are serving notice—you want to use them to hawk your product, you gotta pay up. The AP reports that the pair filed a federal suit this week in U.S. District Court against pricey baby carriage maker Silver Cross, saying “use of their images on the Silver Cross Web site to market the carriages has caused irreparable damage to both Lopez’s and Anthony’s public images.” The couple are asking for a cool $5 mil.

I can’t help but suspect these two have plans to get a lucrative endorsement deal with a rival baby buggy broker. Besides, they’re way too greedy to do anything for free.

It’s hard to remember the last time Jennifer Lopez had a hit film—or a hit anything. Her last few films were straight-to-DVD flops and her Spanish album tanked. Now she’s going back to what she actually had success with—about ten years ago.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, her new film “Plan B” is set to start shooting in May and already has veteran director Alan Poul attached. The plot revolves around a single woman who finally meets Mr. Right on the same day she gets pregnant by artificial insemination.

This sounds suspiciously like a retread of one of those silly romantic comedies she used to do. I just can’t see her having a hit now—does the ticket-buying public care any more?

Well, it’s helped other stars whose last few movies have tanked. Page Six reports that Jennifer Lopez is trying to kick start her flagging career by starring in a Broadway show.

Their sources claim Lopez has zeroed in on a musical about Washington Heights called ”In the Heights,” catching the show twice last week and discussing roles with the producer over dinner Friday night.

Well, it worked for Katie Holmes but has J.Lo noticed that this is a musical? Doesn’t that mean you have to sing live every night with no lip-syncing or ProTools? 

The pair acted suitably loved-up all evening, with the emphasis on “acted.” This marriage has about as much chance as John McCain had in last year’s election.

Jennifer Lopez seems to have a crush on our new Commander-in-Chief. At last night’s Latino Inaugural Gala in Washington, D.C., Lopez gushed to People over President-elect Obama’s star power. 

 ”He is the biggest star here, even though it’s chock-full of celebrities. The night he won the election, you could feel it in the air. I was … watching him with tears in my eyes, thinking, ‘Yes. Something is different. Something is happening.’ We’re very excited.” 

Maybe she’ll be excited enough to actually get involved in the next election since neither she nor husband Marc Anthony did a thing for Obama in the last one.

As famous couples beset by breakup rumors frequently do, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are spending the New Year’s holiday in a tropical location together. The pair jetted off to San Juan, Puerto Rico earlier this week and have been spotted out together acting oh-so-happy. Just like Brad and Jen did a couple of weeks before they announced their split.
