When Josh Hartnett was rushed from the Chateau Marmont to an L.A. hospital with stomach pains, it sounded pretty serious. But now the actor’s blaming plain old water for his problems.

Hartnett told People, “I’m fine. I just had a little stomach bug. It’s been reoccurring because I have been spending a lot of time in Third World countries, and I occasionally drank the water when I shouldn’t have – and sometimes it catches up with you. I went to the hospital and it was literally just a 24-hour thing. I was so dehydrated that I needed to be on a couple of IVs, but I’m good.”

Didn’t anyone tell him rule #1 about travel to foreign countries—”Don’t drink the water!”

Less than a month after her adulterous affair with father-of-four Balthazar Getty hit the rocks, Sienna Miller has rebounded into the arms of another actor. The London Paper is reporting Miller had an intimate date with Josh Hartnett at the exclusive Shoreditch House in East London. A source reported:

“They definitely looked like a couple—and a good looking one at that! At one point, they were holding hands across the table, but they quickly hid them underneath. They looked really cozy as they dined, gazing into each other’s eyes, smiling and laughing. They continued talking and drinking until very late into the evening – there was definitely a buzz in the air.”

Wonder how long Josh can hold her interest when she didn’t have the challenge of stealing him from someone else?    

Seriously, where have you been hiding Mr. Harnett? Well, our NY photogs found Josh out and about in New York City. He was sporting the layered look with the white sunglasses. Okay, then. I just read somewhere that Josh is set to play the legendary jazz musician Chet Baker in a movie releasing this year. Good times. Chet Baker had a really turbulent ending, so I’d like to see Josh in that type of demanding role. Josh has been recently linked to R&B princess Rihanna, but a bunch of gossip rags are reporting that he made out with Kirsten Dunst while he was at the Sundance Film Festival. So which is it? Young Hollywood’s pretty quick to jump in and out of relationships these days, so by tomorrow Josh could be linked to another hot starlet. Oh, well.
