Monday, April 6th, 2009Kevin Dillon was seen filming scenes for the HBO show Entourage on the 6th Street bridge in Downtown Los Angeles. Dillon’s character, Johnny Drama is seen driving the famous Caddy from the opening sequence. Entourage has been one of my favorite shows and not because of the actual characters or story lines. But because they actually film in and around Los Angeles. They don’t try to pull a fast one on us and try to fool us into thinking Vancouver is Downtown L.A. or Melrose Ave. When they’re supposed to be on Melrose, they actually film on Melrose!

I don’t care what anyone says, Drama is my favorite character in Entourage. I always try to root for the underdog and there’s no better underdog than Drama. Besides, Vince’s older bro makes omelettes for the guys and what could be better, right? The actor who plays Drama, Kevin Dillon, turns 43 today, so I celebrate him. Happy birthday, Kevin. Season Five, Here They Come

Our photogs spotted the Entourage boys filming in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles yesterday. Cu-tie! Adrian Grenier and Kevin Dillon were present in the scenes, but the other boys were…taking a break? Who knows! Yes, season five is coming this fall and even though I don’t want to fast-forward summer, I definitely can’t wait until September for the season opener. Besides Entourage, the boys are busy working on other projects. Adrian, for instance, is a huge environmentalist and has a new show on Planet Green. The show, called Alter Eco, features Grenier and his eco-friendly cast mates help show how easy it is to be green. They go from trendy clubs to babies’ rooms to surfing, all the while showing how it is easy to be Earth-friendly. Lovely. Kevin Dillon, meanwhile, is in post-production with a new comedy, Hotel for Dogs, which will be released in theaters next January.
