Will Lance Be Banned?

Lance Armstrong is afraid officials of the Tour de France may ban him from competing due to the controversy over his recent drug test.
Armstrong has stated there’s a “very high likelihood” he will not be allowed to race for an eighth Tour de France title. The French drug testing agency has indicated it may punish Armstrong for not remaining within the sight of the official who came to his home to collect his hair, urine and blood on March 17.
Armstrong claims he went inside his house to shower while his assistant checked the official’s credentials, and that his tests came back negative.
Lance’s Boozy Flight

Sure, cyclist Lance Armstrong is hurting from a broken collarbone, but that’s no excuse for the boorish behavior he displayed on a recent flight from Madrid to Atlanta.
E!’s Ted Casablanca reports that one of Lance’s fellow passengers gave this observation of his in-flight conduct. “He was such an asshole. He was so wasted on painkillers, and he drank a lot. It was just obnoxious.”
How drunk was he? “Enough to be cut off,” Ted’s snitch sniped. Considering that famous passengers in first class are generally allowed to imbibe to their heart’s content, that’s a lotta booze. And mixing the hard liquor with painkillers is a killer—in the worst cases, literally.
Cops Find Lance’s Stolen Bike

Police have recovered a one-of-a-kind bicycle stolen from Tour de France legend Lance Armstrong last weekend in Sacramento, CA. The AFP reports an unnamed person brought the Trek training bicycle to a Sacramento police station.
Armstrong has ridden the bike in the opening round of the Tour of California on Saturday and later, it was one of several stolen from an Astana team truck parked behind a hotel.
On Sunday, Armstrong sent out an SOS to more than 128,000 Twitter members who have signed on to receive his messages. No word on whether one of those fans helped find the bike, but police intend to return it to Armstrong.
Lance And Girlfriend Expecting

Lance Armstrong got a very special holiday surprise this year—he and girlfriend Anna Hansen are expecting a baby in June. This is something of a miracle since he was told that chemotherapy for cancer he suffered in the 90s had left him sterile. Armstrong and ex-wife conceived three children with sperm he had donated before the treatment but this time around, the pregnancy happened without medical fertilization. Congratulations, guys!
Riding To Splitsville

Yes, that was definitely quick. Kate Hudson and cyclist Lance Armstrong have split up over the weekend, Us Magazine reports, and it ended amicably. “There was no drama or ugliness – they just decided to end things,” a source close to the couple told the magazine. “There is no hatred, just sadness.” Lance and Kate went public with their relationship when they were spotted together in Austin, TX in May. After they were “outed”, the couple became inseparable and were photographed together from New York to Los Angeles. They’ve even introduced the other to their respective families/kids. Lance went on a much-photographed lunch outing with Kate’s mom, Goldie Hawn, just about a month and a half ago in a Santa Monica eatery. And we can’t forget the number of times Lance took his kids and Kate’s son, Ryder, to tennis camp this summer. Everything just seemed so…perfect. I guess ’seemed’ is the right word here because as we know now, the two are no longer. Oh, well. I’m sure they’ll both bounce back from this unscathed. And on to the next one…
