Lilly Defends Drug Use

In a move that make Amy Winehouse look almost sane by comparison, Brit singer Lilly Allen has given the thumbs-up to cocaine use in the UK Sun. The ditzy diva said:
“The only story is that drugs are bad and they will kill you – you will become a prostitute, a rapist or a dealer. But that’s not true. I know lots of people who take cocaine three nights a week and get up and go to work. But we never hear that side of the story. I wish people wouldn’t sensationalise it. Some people are just bad at taking drugs.”
So who’s good at taking them? Anybody who’s still alive?

Lilly’s Camera Moment

Our photogs spotted Lilly Allen again this weekend, except this time she was at The Ivy in Beverly Hills. The Ivy is paparazzi center, so Lilly decided to join in the fun and took out her camera. Check out the picture below when she turned the tables and took pics of the paps. Hey, Lilly, send those pictures over. I’d love to see them. Lilly’s notorious for hating the paps, so I’m wondering why she ended up at the Ivy of all places. She’s currently in the states to work on her new album. She almost didn’t get an American work visa because U.S. authorities thought she was a druggie rocker. She’s here now and the local paps are eating her up. Lilly Loves Los Feliz

Okay, so yesterday was the third day in a row British pop princess Lilly Allen passed by the Alcove and Coffee Bean in hipster area Los Feliz. Dude, did she steal my old schedule? I used to live in Los Feliz and I went to the Alcove and Coffee Bean almost everyday. Lilly, try another restaurant, please! There’s Puran’s, right across the street from the Coffee Bean. They have the yummiest food. Then you can go get your nails done at Fancy Nails a few doors down to your south. There you go, Lilly. That’s what you’re doing tomorrow! You’re welcome.

Who the hell made Lilly Allen an errand girl? Check her out lugging all that stuff from Alcove Cafe in Los Feliz. Our photogs caught up with her again in the same neighborhood and visiting the same restaurant yesterday. Alcove must have made her last sandwich exquisitely. Lilly is in the states working on her new album. I’m still intrigued by this to-go picture Lilly has. Were they in the studio yesterday and Lilly picked the shortest stick? Well, from the look of her big ‘ole smile, she doesn’t seem to mind picking up some food for her buds. What a gal.

Amy Winehouse’s best friend, singer Lilly Allen, was out and about in Los Angeles today. Lilly headed over to the Alcove in Los Feliz for some lunch with a few friends.The Alcove has great sandwiches, so good choice. Lilly was photographed yesterday having lunch with Samantha Ronson and BFF Lindsay Lohan. Lilly blogged today about the experience on her MySpace page, but did not mention Linds by name. She just stated that “Samantha brought a rather famous friend with her and about 50 million paparazzi.” Lilly’s currently in L.A. finishing up her album and she’s infamous for being quite a bit of a party girl herself back home in London.
