Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are serving notice—you want to use them to hawk your product, you gotta pay up. The AP reports that the pair filed a federal suit this week in U.S. District Court against pricey baby carriage maker Silver Cross, saying “use of their images on the Silver Cross Web site to market the carriages has caused irreparable damage to both Lopez’s and Anthony’s public images.” The couple are asking for a cool $5 mil.
I can’t help but suspect these two have plans to get a lucrative endorsement deal with a rival baby buggy broker. Besides, they’re way too greedy to do anything for free.

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony used their appearance at last night’s Western Ball in Washington, DC, to scotch those rumors about their faltering marriage. Or at least try to. Anthony headlined the event and the Washington Post reports that Lopez joined him for a duet at 10:25 p.m.
The pair acted suitably loved-up all evening, with the emphasis on “acted.” This marriage has about as much chance as John McCain had in last year’s election.

The pair jetted off to San Juan, Puerto Rico earlier this week and have been spotted out together acting oh-so-happy. Just like Brad and Jen did a couple of weeks before they announced their split.

Is Jennifer Lopez waving “Adios” to husband #3? Gatecrasher seems to think so. They say J.Lo and Marc Anthony are planning a very public end to their four-year union. A source reports:
“Marc and Jennifer are planning on announcing their divorce right after Marc’s show at Madison Square Garden on Feb. 14. Jennifer is planning on joining Marc onstage for a surprise duet. Things haven’t been right for a while now, and they thought it would be a bittersweet farewell.”
The pair have been seen out and about separately and sans wedding bands recently. Their reps deny the rumors, but they always do.
