Matt and Family Stock Up

Matthew McConaughey, girlfriend Camila Alves and their five-month-old son Levi made a family trip to Bristol Farms in Beverly Hills today. They’re probably restocking their fridge after returning from a trip to Rio yesterday. Were they taking little Levi to visit his grandparents?

Update: The baby’s name has been revealed - Levi Alves McConaughey. The couple also released this statement for fans: “We welcome Levi Alves McConaughey into this wonderful life and look forward to living in it with him. In the mean time and all times, just keep livin’.” Welcome to the world, Levi.
A big surfer wave congratulations to Matthew McConaughey and girlfriend, Camila Alves, for their new little bundle. Camila gave birth last night to a baby boy, who entered this world weighing in at 7 lbs., 4 oz. The baby’s name has not been released. I wonder if they’ve named the baby yet. I can imagine Matt waiting until the kid can talk to ask him what name he wants for himself. The baby is the first for the couple, who have been dating for two years. Matthew announced Camila’s pregnancy on his website in January and had this to say: “We are stoked and wowed by this miracle of creation and this gift from God, and so excited for the adventure that will come in raising this child, being a mother and a father, and sheperding him or her through this life.” Sounds good to me. Congrats to the couple.
Summer Hunk

Okay, so sometimes Matthew McConaughey does look like he just took a bath in a vat of oil, but yesterday wasn’t one of those days. Matthew was looking summer hot when our photogs spotted him and pregnant girlfriend Camila Alves at a medical center in Santa Monica. The couple then headed to Ralphs, probably to pick up some tofu for dinner. I don’t know why I imagine Matt being a vegetarian. Maybe it’s his hippie ways or something. And I really wish we could’ve taken a front-view picture of Camila and her bump, but you can just admire the back of her head. The couple reportedly just had a baby shower last weekend and most of the presents were wrapped in blue. I guess Camila’s having a boy! Good times for the couple. Now if he’d just stop getting too drunk at random bars, then Matt will be ready for fatherhood.

Word around the block (and from Star Magazine) is that our favorite hippie-non-bathing actor, Matthew McConaughey, is partying it up without his future babymama, Camila Alves. Camila is due any day now with their first child, but Matthew seems to be missing from her side. According to the mag, instead of hanging out with his preggy girlfriend, Matt’s been partying it up in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua, where witnesses said the actor was partying hard last week. One source told Star that Matt was “acting like an out-of-control 18-year-old.” Does this even surprise anyone? I mean, Matthew’s been known to party hard before. Granted, he does have a child on the way, so maybe he was just trying to get his last party on before diaper duty takes over his life. And since Matthew seems like a nice dude, I’ll accept the latter explanation. Party on, Wayne.

Matthew McConaughey and girlfriend Camila Alves are expecting! Matthew announced the great news on his website today in his unique own rambling way. Congratulations guys. I have a feeling their baby may wind up being kinda cute. Just a feeling.
