Mischa Does The Ivy

If it’s privacy a celebrity wants, they definitely don’t go to lunch at the Ivy on Robertson Blvd. Nope, certainly not. Thus, when Mischa Barton walked her pretty little self out of the restaurant yesterday, she was swamped by fans, curious folks, and of course, the paps. No worries, though, because Mischa was all smiles and posed for a few pictures. I was trying to figure out what else Mischa’s done besides The OC and I found out that she recently finished getting a DUI. Kidding. Okay, she’s working on a couple of movies, not any big-budget films, but she’s busy in 2008. Just as long as she’s not drinking and driving, everyone will be very happy. Mischa’s PR Do Their Job

According to PageSix.com, Mischa Barton has canceled her scheduled hosting duties for the Las Vegas club opening of Cathouse. Mischa’s management team has been putting in some O.T. trying to control the aftermath of her recent DUI and narcotics arrest. It’s no big surprise that Mischa’s people thought that being seen dancing around a bunch of drunk people a few days after her arrest would look bad in the judges eye. Expect Mischa to voluntarily enter rehab in the next few weeks ala Lindsay Lohan as I’m sure her PR peeps are studying up on how Lindsay managed to walk away from her mess with a slap on the wrist.

If you were wondering what Mischa Barton’s ex-boyfriend Cisco Adler thought of Mischa’s early morning arrest on DUI and narcotics possession, wonder no more. We’ve got exclusive video of Cisco’s deep and insightful thoughts on Mischa’s arrest and Nicole Richie’s pregnancy. I know I had some fun at Cisco’s expense earlier but after watching this video, I’ve concluded that my preconceived notions about the guy were pretty accurate. We caught up with Cisco last night in St. Louis, where he played with his band Whitestar at the opening night for the Home St. Louis Night Club.

I can’t say we weren’t expecting it but I was hoping it would at least happen next year. The next Lindsay/Britney muck up may have just taken one step forward. Mischa Barton was busted for DUI early this morning in West Hollywood according to Hollyscoop.com. The “O.C.” actress was arrested at 3:00 am on the corner of La Cienega and Santa Monica Blvd for driving under the influence and driving without a license. But now TMZ is stirring up the mix by saying she was also booked for narcotics possession! Someone being at the corner of La Cienega and Santa Monica Blvd at 3:00 am would usually only mean one of two things, but under certain special circumstances it can also mean both, you’re either trolling for transvestites or you’re looking to score some coke. The first I could believe - after all she did date Cisco Adler, that hairy ‘Buffalo Bill‘ looking guy below. But sadly, it looks like the latter.
