Aussie actress Naomi Watts is beautiful and talented, so she’s a welcome addition to any film cast, but she’s also very cost-effective!
Forbes has revealed their list of actresses who provide the best return for the film studios, and Watts is on top. The star of “King Kong” and “The Ring” has brought in $44 for every dollar invested in her last three films. Coming in second was Jennifer Connelly with $41, and Rachel McAdams took third with $30. Others making the top ten were Natalie Portman, Meryl Streep, Jennifer Aniston, Halle Berry, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway and Hilary Swank.
Conspicuously missing are Nicole Kidman, Cameron Diaz and Julia Roberts. Not so coincidentally, all three did make another list—Spike TV’s top ten actresses who have passed their expiration date.

Naomi And Liev’s Son Hospitalized

Liev Schreiber was conspicuously absent from last night’s L.A. premiere of “X-Men Origins: Wolverine”—because his son was rushed to the hospital.
People reports that Alexander, the actor’s 21-month-old son by Naomi Watts, spent Tuesday night in a hospital in NYC. Schreiber skipped the premiere to rush back to New York so he could join Watts at their son’s bedside.
Alexander, who is known as Sasha, was released this morning. Schreiber’s rep Ina Treciokas told People, “Sasha got home today and is feeling much better after being hospitalized on Tuesday night with respiratory problems.”
Get well soon, Sasha! You can’t be too careful with any flu-like symptoms these days.
