Kidman Expecting A Kid!

Well I guess The Daily Mail was right after all as reps for both Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman have confirmed to USmagazine.com that they are indeed expecting their first child together. Congratulations Nicole and Keith! The press have gone back and forth the last couple of weeks regarding her possible pregnancy, so it’s nice to have confirmation. They’re going to have an absolutely beautiful child. What if they have a boy and when the kid’s around his late teens he starts dating Suri Cruise! Wouldn’t that be interesting? Wait, wouldn’t they be related? Anyway, I digress. This will be the first child for Keith and the third for Nicole (she has 2 kids with ex, Tom Cruise). I’ve posted two pregnancy announcements today from Hollywood and I’m sure more will follow soon. Celebs have definitely gone baby crazy.

So follow along closely because I’m going to keep this short. The Daily Mail reported last week that Nicole Kidman and husband Keith Urban were expecting their first child. Then, one of her reps refuted the story, saying something like, if Nicole were to be pregnant every time we heard this rumor, she’d have like 30 kids by now. Pretty funny for a PR guy. A bit too funny thought PageSix.com, who now have a picture up that they say is suspiciously bumpy. Judge for yourselves. There’s already enough pregnancies to worry about at the moment, so I’m kinda hoping she ain’t!
No Bun In The Oven For Nicole

Hear ye, hear ye, oh lovely gents and ladies. Please take a moment of your day to confirm this in your head - Nicole Kidman is not pregnant. That’s right, Mrs. Keith Urban is not expecting a mini country singer. There have been reports from London newspaper The Sun, as well as other rags, stating that the Chanel spokeswoman is expecting a child. We all know that Hollywood’s baby crazy right now, but Nicole and Keith are not interested in joining in on the fun - just yet. So if you’ve been wondering the last few days about Nicole’s pregnancy, we hope this has cleared your brain for other important things. Joy to the world!

Nicole Sniffed Something Foul

This story about Nicole Kidman really fascinated me, only because I didn’t realize the extent of a spokeperson’s role is in regards to the product they’re peddling. Nicole recently won a judgement against London paper The Daily Telegraph. The paper published a story in their gossip column stating that Kidman, a Chanel spokeswoman, favored and was using another perfume at promotional rounds for the scent. I’m sure everyone’s familiar with those dramatic and grand Chanel No. 5 commercials with Nicole; they’re like mini-movies. Nicole was distressed by the accusation and went to court against the newspaper. The judge ruled in favor of Nicole and she was awarded an undisclosed amount, which will be donated to the United Nations Development Fund for Women, Nicole’s people announced. I didn’t realize that actors who become spokesperson for a company like Chanel have to use said product. So does that mean Halle Berry can only use Revlon makeup? Okay, this piece doesn’t really solve any human problems, but it’s still interesting. Congrats to Nicole on winning her settlement, and good job for donating the money to a good cause!
