Paris Robbed!

A sticky-fingered Grinch is spoiling Paris Hilton’s Christmas. E! News reports that an unknown intruder broke into Hilton’s Hollywood Hills home and made off with $2 million in jewelry and other loot. Fortunately, the heiress was not home at the time. Police have a description of the thief taken from security camera photos but have not released any information on the suspect.
Getting robbed is bad any time of year but it’s especially upsetting just before Christmas. Let’s hope Paris didn’t lose anything that can’t be replaced.
How Paris Cleans Her Closets

Now we know why Paris Hilton does so much shopping—she recycles every garment after wearing it. She told Esquire:
“Once I’ve worn a dress, I can never wear it again. I give them to charities and they auction them off to help people with breast cancer, multiple sclerosis, and AIDS. Some that are really, really special, I keep in storage for my daughters. They’ll be vintage by then. I think my daughters will love them.”
Well, it’s nice to know she’s doing her bit for the economy and charity, too.
Paris And Benji Back Together?

Well, maybe for one night. E! News says ex-lovers Paris Hilton and Benji Madden hooked up at last night’s opening of the D&G boutique on Robertson Blvd. After running into each other on the red carpet, the pair adjourned to a private spot where they could talk but Benji soon left with bro Joel and Nicole Richie. Not present at the bash was Hilton’s recent date actor Gerard Butler.
Paris Hits The Sale Racks

OMG! Has the recession even hit Paris Hilton? The heiress, dressed like Santa’s little helper, was spotted checking out the sale racks during a shopping trip to Melrose Ave. this weekend. Paris and a friend dropped by Kin and Burton’s—looks like they did OK from all those bags. For energy to shop, Paris bought a candy bar from a kid selling them for charity.

Will Paris Hilton’s acting career finally take flight? Page Six is reporting that the heiress wants to play the title role in Disney’s live-action version of “Tinkerbell,” in which the sprite from “Peter Pan” will come to life as a real flesh-and-blood girl. A source told Page Six:
“Paris has worked on her acting chops lately and showed some comedy prowess in her YouTube spoof of running for president. Disney suits saw it and think she may be developing some comedic-actress potential.”
Yeah, sure. Either Paris had this item planted herself or those “Disney suits” never saw “The Hottie and the Nottie.” But then, who did see it?
