He’s had a pretty rough year thus far, with the DUI arrest earlier this year and all, so let’s hope Richie Sambora’s doing better these days. There’s a lot to be thankful for, especially when you get to another birthday. Happy 49th birthday, Richie Sambora! Let’s hope he gets a driver if he’s going to be partying tonight. Richie Charged With DUI

Our favorite Bon Jovi guitarist, Richie Sambora, has been officially charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI. He avoided being charged for child endangerment. He was arrested on March 25 in Laguna Beach, CA. His daughter, girlfriend and a family friend were in the car when Richie was stopped by the Laguna Beach PD. He could face up to six months in jail and is scheduled to appear in court May 7. Richie entered rehab last June, but he may be thinking twice about doing another stint. If you’re drunk driving with your daughter in the car, that’s probably a good indication that you have a problem.
Sambora Could Face Two Misdemeanors

Richie Sambora, who was arrested on March 25 for driving under the influence, could face two misdemeanor charges, Us Magazine reports. The Laguna Beach Police Department is requesting that Richie should be charged with child endangerment and DUI. The request from LBPD is not final and will have to be reviewed by the Orange County district attorney’s office. This means he hasn’t been officially charged and will have to wait to see what the DA decides. Richie was with his daughter Ava when he was arrested. He’s due to appear in court May 7th.
