Sharon Stone has fired back against a San Francisco Judge who gave an unfavorable depiction of her in court documents relating to her custody battle over son Roan. Her Attorney Martin Singer gave this statement:
“This week it was reported in connection with Sharon Stone’s custody dispute that she wanted to have her young 8 year-old son undergo Botox treatment at this time for his feet. Sharon Stone never made this statement. It is a complete fabrication.”
Botox treatment for his feet? Can Botox cure foot odor? Or was Sharon drawing conclusions from her own experience with Botox? So many more questions than answers.
Like I’ve said before, I’m not a lawyer but I think that publicly calling the Judge presiding over your custody case a liar is not the smartest move, even if you’re only trying to convince public opinion.
Clearly, Sharon Stone is nuts. No doubt there. I personally have been left waiting for hours to interview this gal and have heard so many stories on how Diva-ish she is on set, it’s amazing. Even though I do believe all the stories, I still never thought badly about Sharon. Seriously, this is Hollywood, she is Sharon Stone and I’m as fickle as anyone else in this town but she is dumb.
I remember nearly peeing in my pants when the Judge in my custody case nearly fined me after I sat down too quickly after he came into the courtroom. A far cry from calling him a liar. Maybe I’m just too old school.

Stone Coping Well

Sharon Stone proved that females are indeed the stronger gender yesterday when she went out for a cup of coffee with a friend in Beverly Hills. It is safe to say that this woman is handling it better than I would if one of my kids was taken away from me. Either that or the ‘Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf’ makes one hell of a cup of coffee.

Stone Loses Roan

Sharon Stone has lost joint custody of her 8 year old son Roan to ex-husband Phil Bronstein. Stone and Bronstein adopted Roan before their 2004 divorce, but since then, something has happened that has Phil none too happy about the way Stone has been raising Roan. The September 12 hearing has that the change in custody is permanent unless living circumstances change. Bronstein lives in San Francisco and Stone lives in Los Angeles. Obviously there has to be more to the story than that. Judges just don’t change custody without something heavier than the distance between parents. Could Sharon have exposed Roan to something dangerous or ilicit? Let’s see how this pans out.

Sharon Waits For Her Ride

Our photogs spotted Sharon Stone hanging out yesterday in Hollywood. Per our lovely photog, the Basic Instinct star got dropped off at an office building and was waiting for another ride, when she got to chatting with the metermaid. It looks like they were actually having a good time, with the parking lady showing Sharon how she gives all of us parking tickets, and the two sharing a laugh about it all. Aww, Sharon hanging out with the regular folk. So touching. Ms. Stone, of course, recently came under fire for comments she made about the recent earthquake in China. She’s actually now being sued over those insensitive comments for $1 billion and was served papers this week. New York lawyer Ming Hai has rounded up more than 1,000 survivors and victims’ relatives to serve Stone with the legal documents, and they demand the payout, plus another apology. Um, I was definitely all for Sharon apologizing for her ridiculously crass and ignorant comment (which she has), but suing her a billion bucks is a bit much, isn’t it? Well, it doesn’t look like Sharon was too worried about the lawsuit yesterday. Check out more photos of Sharon hanging out with the metermaid after the jump.
