Rapper Snoop Dogg’s family and staff were forced to evacuate his home in a gated community in Diamond Bar, CA, as this weekend’s wildfires swept the area. Snoop wasn’t home at the time but members of his entourage attempted to save some possessions from the house before joining the thousands of others driven from their homes by the blazes. The home was still standing today but the fires are not over yet.

Who knew?! Apparently, according to Pagesix.com, Snoop Dogg is a huge One Life To Live fan. Yes, OLTL, the soap opera on ABC. And he won’t be just a viewing fan anymore because Snoop’s going to do a guest appearance, as well as remix the soap’s theme song. This is so funny and kind of adorable. Snoop states that his mom always had the show on when he was growing up, so he became a fan. I just can’t imagine Snoop following what goes on with the Buchanans in Landview, but weirder things have happened. Snoop’s not the first big musical guest OLTL has had recently. Mary J. Blige also made an appearance on the show last year.
