Eva’s New ‘Do

Eva Longoria decided to chop her hair off, just in time for the summer heat. I’m diggin’ the new haircut, actually. She looks younger and fresher. Here she is with hubby Tony Parker yesterday after they had lunch at Toast in Los Angeles. Tony’s off for the summer, so he’s been hanging out with his wife. The couple just came back from a trip to Italy last week. They have been dodged by pregnancy rumors as of late, too, but of course they’re denying it. I can see Eva having a baby in a couple of years. It’s probably part of her five-year plan. The wedding’s checked off, as is the new restaurant, so the baby’s slowly moving up the list. Do you see that happy-ass picture of Eva Longoria and hubby Tony Parker? That’s exactly what it’s going to look like in their household when they get that check for $20 million from X-17. I may be getting ahead of myself, but a story from Huffingtonpost.com is claiming that the French model Parker allegedly had an affair with is a classic fraud. Uh-oh…this doesn’t look peachy-keen for the photo agency. Maybe they shouldn’t have believed the first French accent they heard. I knew there was a reason why Tony Parker so confidently started the lawsuit - he knew he’d be getting a nice little after-Christmas bonus. And the story gets more interesting. Alexandra Paressant, the alleged other woman, targeted another famous athlete before. She claimed Brazilian soccer superstar Ronaldinho was her ex-fiancee and she told the French press about their wild and crazy sexual escapades. Ah, the woman sounds troubled and she could probably use a good dose of loony medication. I don’t know whether to feel sorry for her or X-17. Ah, the tangled web we weave, especially when we want to publish an exclusive story. Y’all just bought Eva Longoria a new house in Miami. Maybe they’ll invite you to the housewarming.

Well this is one tidbit of news I thought I’d never have to write about. It seems that one of our fellow photo agencies is going to be sued by none other than Tony Parker. I reported yesterday that Tony had his lawyer make a statement about pursuing legal actions against anyone who defames him or his wife. As you probably already know, Tony and wife Eva Longoria have been in the tabloids recently because of Tony’s supposed affair with a French model. The couple fought back from the beginning and we’re now just seeing how far the couple would actually go to protect their union. Actually, we’re seeing how far Tony Parker would go to protect his woman and his marriage. Oooh, Tony - you are so getting what you want for Christmas from wifey. Seriously. I honestly thought this story would’ve died down by now, but I guess I was wrong. And as for X-17, we wish them luck with this one. At least they’ll have exclusives to their own legal papers.
The Parkers Are Ready To Battle

Alright, the Parkers are not really gearing up for battle Gladiator-style, but it’s nice imagining Eva Longoria in full fighting gear, isn’t it? Eva and hubby Tony Parker have been fighting back recently against rumors of his infidelity. Alexandra Paressant, a French model, announced last week that she had an affair with Tony in September, which Tony vehemently denied. Just to make sure the rumor goes to its proper burial place, Tony Parker’s lawyer released a statement today warning anyone who makes or spreads the same cheating claims will be dealt with legally. The statement also stated that Tony has never laid eyes on Ms. Paressant, much less have an affair with her. Some might accuse the couple of overreacting, but if it was your marriage on the line, I’m sure you’d do the same (if you had a high-priced lawyer on speed dial, of course). I would just send over hitmen, but that’s just me. Tony’s basically fighting for his marriage and it’s nice that it’s his lawyer that made the announcement and not hers. Since it was he who was accused, he knows he has to handle it. Good times, Eva - you have a grown man! Okay people, let’s just kill all the cheating rumors about the Parkers already and allow the couple to have a great holiday!
