Usher Thinks Chris Needs Remorse

After seeing those photos of a carefree Chris Brown living it up in the Miami surf and sun while his battered GF Rihanna stayed in seclusion, Usher let it out for US.
“I’m a little disappointed in this photo. After the other photo [of Rihanna's bruised face posted by TMZ]? C’mon, Chris. Have a little bit of remorse, man. The man’s on jet skis? Like, just relaxing in Miami?”
The unfortunately reunited Chris and Rihanna are back in L.A., where Brown may or may not have to appear in court Thursday, depending on whether the D.A. comes up with charges by then. If they don’t, we’ll probably see Brown out on the town having a blast—while Rihanna stays home.

Usher Is A Daddy – Again!

R&B crooner Usher and wife Tameka are the proud parents of a baby boy born yesterday. The new addition joins big brother Usher Raymond V, who just turned one. Last month, Usher told Access Hollywood that a new baby was “one of the best Christmas gifts there is to have.” Congrats to the Raymond family on their wonderful present!

Usher Back With Mama

Usher is going back home. Back home to mama, that is. The Atlanta-born singer let go of high-profile representative Benny Medina and re-hired mom Jonnetta Patton as his manager, E! News is reporting. “With an artist like Usher, the bar is set really high,” Medina told E!. “Whether it was management, marketing or the music, we achieved a No. 1 single and a No. 1 album…I had a great time and we parted ways amicably.” Usher’s publicist, Patti Webster, also voluntary left during the manager change. The R&B singer’s split from Medina reportedly stemmed from the lackluster success of Usher’s current release, ‘Here I Stand’. The aforementioned is the only album Benny and Usher collaborated on. His 2004 blockbuster, ‘Confessions’, was released while he was under the tutelage of his mom (and it was THE bomb). So, now that mama’s had all this time off, let’s see what Ms. Patton has under her sleeves for Usher. Mom and son reunited – sweet.

Usher is on the cover of Essence Magazine’s August issue with his little boy and it is the most adorable picture. How cute is Usher’s freakin’ baby? He’s like a little buddha. Usher talked to the magazine extensively about being a new father and new husband. When asked how he’s changed since getting married last year and having a baby, he had this to say: “They’re both linked—I can’t have one without the other. But the one thing that changed me the most is having a wife. Our child is an extension of that union.” He went on to say about his baby: “I represent what he is to become…To get married was a choice. To have a child is a responsibility.” Well said, Mr. Raymond. Well said.

No Photo Ops For Usher’s Baby

Music superstar Usher is not taking cues from fellow songbirds Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Lopez (okay, the songbird description is a stretch for Jen). In fact, Usher is blasting celebs who sell exclusive pictures of their newborn babies to publications. He told Pagesix recently: “in no way would I ever pimp out my child for money.” Usher is currently on the cover of Essence Magazine’s special Father’s Day issue. And who’s on the cover with him – his newborn. Relax, he didn’t get a dime for the cover. By the way, his new album Here I Stand is due out in stores May 27.
