Is Vince Engaged?

His future father-in-law seems to think so. Ken Weber has told the Calgary Herald that his 29-year-old daughter Kyla is engaged to “Wedding Crashers” star Vince Vaughn.
Reports say Vaughn proposed to Calgary realtor Kyla Weber on Valentine’s Day, presenting her with a $125,000, four-carat ring. The couple are currently in L.A. and have not announced a date for the wedding.
Given how hush-hush the actor has kept this romance, I’ll bet this will be one wedding nobody will be able to crash!

Reese Calls Vince “Funniest Man”

Reese Witherspoon flatly denies rumors of problems between her and co-star Vince Vaughn on the set of their new film “Four Christmases,” which comes out tomorrow. She calls Vaughn the “funniest man she has worked with.” Witherspoon told “Entertainment Tonight”:
“We got along great, we were very good friends and we were very much partners on this movie. Vince is the funniest person I’ve ever worked with. It was a challenge for me to stay there and keep up with him. But I feel really a better actor for that experience.”
Let’s hope this movie is a riot, because we all need some laughs this year.

Movie Date This Weekend, Anyone?

Football’s done until next fall, March Madness hasn’t crept up on sports fans yet and it’s the weekend before Valentine’s Day. How about going out this weekend for a movie? Yes, it might cost you your kid’s college fund, but hey, there’s nothing wrong with junior college. Some movies opening this weekend that might be worth your money: Vince Vaughn’s Wild West Comedy Show: 30 Days and 30 Nights or Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins if you want to laugh; Walk To Beautiful (limited release) if you want some depth; and Fool’s Gold if you’re a fan of either Kate Hudson or dad to be, Matthew McConaughey. Paris Hilton’s Hottie And The Nottie is also opening today, if you’re so inclined. Feel free to leave reviews/comments if you’ve seen any of these movies!
