Elton John is joining Jerry Garcia, Dave Matthews and Stephen Colbert in becoming Ben & Jerry’s new inspiration for an ice cream flavor. Goodbye Yellow Brickle Road sounds tasty. Eonline.com is reporting that Elton assisted in concocting the new flavor, which consists of “an outrageous symphony of decadent chocolate ice cream, peanut butter cookie dough, butter brickle and white chocolate chunks.” The flavor is limited-edition and will be introduced later this month to coincide with Elton’s first ever concert in the state of Vermont (Ben & Jerry’s home base). Yeah, they had me at “decadent chocolate…” I’m an easy sell.
