First she’s getting accused of stealing people’s clothes and now this. Eonline.com is reporting that Lindsay Lohan has been nixed off two movies. The first one is the project about the Manson girls. Sources from the film says that her exit from the film is due to scheduling conflicts and not because they didn’t want her. The second film is Ye Olde Times, the romantic comedy with Jack Black. Hmm, Linds and Jack engaged in a kissing scene would probably be too much for me. Anyway, I won’t be able to see it because she’s not in the movie anymore. Alison White, the producer for Ye Olde Times said Linds was not dumped from the film and released this statement: “We have just decided to go our separate ways. We currently have an offer out to another actor.” How can you go in separate ways when you’ve never been together? Well, this is really bad news for Linds. She still has the Ugly Betty episode to look forward to and she is said to star in another movie, Labor Pains.

Our photogs spotted Nicole Richie and Joel Madden taking little Harlow out today. The family headed to Starbucks in Glendale for a little java. Nicole’s currently on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar and there are pics of Harlow in the issue, so you should definitely check that out if you’re curious about the little one. These two are definitely in it for the long haul. They seem like a pretty steady couple, although it is Hollywood. It’s a tough town to stay together in. Well, if they have the same love as Paris and Benjie have, then I’m sure they’ll be fine.

Seriously, wouldn’t Sharon Stone and Melanie Griffith be great in a sequel to Banger Sisters? Yeah, I thought so, too. Anyway, our photogs caught up with Melanie and Sharon yesterday at the Ivy where the lovely ladies had lunch. There are always throngs of paps at The Ivy, so I always think it’s amusing when celebs look annoyed being photographed there. There’s a nice Marie Callender’s just down the street, too. They could’ve had a hearty chicken pot pie there.

Our photogs spotted Britney Spears last night having dinner with Gavin Maloof at Sur restaurant in Beverly Hills. Gavin is one of the Maloof brothers and is a co-owner of the Palms Resort Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Britney is very good friends with the Maloofs, so maybe they had a dinner meeting about a possible Britney performance at the Palms. Definitely a possibility. By the way, the bald dude in the picture below is Brit’s bodyguard and Gavin is the one walking just behind her. With the way things are working out for Brit these days, I’m sure a show in Vegas or any other city is easier to imagine now.

Update: Nick was in court today and plead no contest. He was sentenced to eight months in jail. The judge also handed down five years probation, 500 hours of community service and a three-year drivers license revocation. I hope he’s learned his lesson.

Hulk Hogan’s son, Nick, will be appearing in court tomorrow to enter a plea stemming from his car accident last summer. TMZ is reporting that Nick will enter an open plea, which means that the judge will have control over his sentencing. Nick will be joined by the whole Hogan clan in Pinellas County court tomorrow. Nick crashed his 1999 Supra while racing against another vehicle. His friend John Graziano was in the car and sustained serious head wounds. Graziano’s family claim that he will need medical care for the rest of his life and they’ve filed a suit against Hulk’s son and soon to be ex-wife, Linda. Nick could face up to five years in prison.

BFF’s Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were spotted by our photogs yesterday at Larchmont Village in Los Angeles. The duo had lunch at Cafe du Village and then shopped at Kicks and Lux. I think they make a cute couple, but I know they don’t have that kind of a relationship (???). I posted a few days ago about some gal in NY who accused Linds of taking her mink coat. Well, there’s another woman, model Lauren Hastings, who is accusing Lindsay of stealing some of her clothes. She said Linds took clothes from her closet while there was an unauthorized party at her house.Lindsay’s rep is denying this, of course. Interesting.

A couple that gives together, stays together. Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were spotted yesterday visiting Neighborhood Resource Center in Los Angeles. The two started a foundation when Nicole was pregnant, so they may be visiting the center to help out somehow (let’s hope). Maybe they’ll be donating some money to the organization. Either way, I like the fact that they’re making an effort to give back to the community. It’s definitely a good look. Nicole’s changed a lot since her wilder days and I’m sure having baby Harlow has already had its positive effects. Good times.

Our photogs found new mom Halle Berry at Kinara Spa in West Hollywood, taking a break from diaper duty yesterday. Halle is sporting a necklace with a cute letter ‘N’ pendant for her baby Nahla. Nicole Richie also wore a similar necklace with an ‘H’ for Harlow. I haven’t seen any pics of Nahla, but I’m dying to see her. Halle seems like the type who’ll keep her under wraps for a while. Halle is set to star in an upcoming movie with her old Monster Ball co-star, Billy Bob Thornton. They have a great chemistry, so I’m looking forward to that. Just six weeks after giving birth and Halle’s looking good.

HBO’s hit series Entourage resumed filming yesterday in West Hollywood. The Entourage boys got a visitor by way of Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester. Leighton is reprising a role she played in season one - pop singer Justine Chapin, based on Britney Spears. Due to the writers’ strike, Entourage’s season 5 will not premiere in June as planned. Instead, the show will be airing its first new episode in September. I guess we’ll have to wait to see Leighton in the fall. Another one bites the dust. People.com is reporting that Liv Tyler and rocker husband Royston Langdon have split up. The couple have a 3-year old son, Milo. Liv and Royston married in 2003. Aww, this is sad. I like Liv Tyler. She’s a decent actress and is super beautiful. Plus, she’s not running around showing her cooch to the paps like a lot of young Hollywood starlets are. Liv’s rep released this statement today: “Liv Tyler and Royston Langdon have confirmed their separation. They remain good friends and devoted parents to their son Milo and are requesting that their family’s privacy be respected at this time.” Good luck to both of them.

Our photogs spotted Gerard Butler yesterday on the set of The Ugly Truth in Studio City. Gerard made sure he had enough energy for the day’s filming, as he packed in the liquids with coffee and a muscle drink. I think that’s what those things are called. Maybe he needed a pick me up. Gerard will be seen in the next Guy Ritchie movie, RocknRolla. The film’s about London’s criminal underworld and knowing Guy Ritchie’s work, it’ll be packed full of action. Gerard kind of reminds me of Russell Crowe, I don’t know why. Anyway, check out a couple other pics of Gerard below.

I remember when Ryan Seacrest was just on the radio and now he’s everywhere. As if the American Idol hosting gig and the E! spots aren’t enough, he may be able to add CNN to his list of homes. A close source within CNN is saying that Ryan, who has filled in for Larry King before, is in serious negotiations with the network to take over Larry King Live in 2009. Larry King actually told the NY Times last year that Ryan would be his first choice to take over the show. Then again Larry just signed a contract extension with CNN through 2011, so this may just be hogwash. If he is to take over this type of show, Ryan’s going to have to be very well versed and knowledgeable about politics and current events around the world. It’s one thing to interview a fallen American Idol contestant, but it’s definitely a different ballgame when he has to talk to political figures.

Is Izzie leaving Seattle Grace Hospital? Well, according to MSNBC.com, Katherine Heigl is itching to get out of the show. Just weeks after airing new episodes, sources are saying that the 27 Dresses star has had enough. “She’s working really long hours and is ready to move on,” a close source to the actress said. Katherine renegotiated her contract with the show just a year and a half ago and got a raise. So, even if she wanted to leave the show right now, she wouldn’t be able to due to the contract. Katherine’s had a lot of success in the movies with Knocked Up and 27 Dresses, but I think she should stay on the show for another full season. Not everyone’s on a hit show, so just milk the momentum, Kath!

Marie Osmond had some words for Billy Ray Cyrus. The singer/actress recently lashed out against Billy Ray regarding Miley’s recent Vanity Fair photo scandal. She recently talked to AOL TV about what she thought of the situation. Marie stated: “I can only speak for myself, but, for example, the Miley thing — her dad stepped out [of the photo shoot]. My parents never, never left us alone. How do you say no to somebody like Annie [Leibovitz] when you’re a little girl? If your kids are going to be in that kind of business, then you need to make it your business to be there for them.” Fair enough. Eonline.com did point out, however, that Marie’s own teenage son checked into rehab last year. I guess it’s easier to comment on other folks being bad parents than looking in your own house.

It’s no secret Patrick Dempsey loves cars, so it wasn’t much of a surprise finding him at Heritage Classic Cars in West Hollywood yesterday. Dr. McDreamy was looking at a classic Jaguar. Nice taste. Patrick knows his way around cars and even started his own racing team. That sounds like more than a hobby to me. Besides his Grey’s Anatomy role, Patrick can be currently seen in his new movie, Made of Honor. He was in Enchanted, so seeing him in another romantic comedy isn’t much of a surprise. Nicole Richie was rocking some hot boots yesterday when she went to traffic school in Van Nuys. Yes, more traffic school. And yes, the boots are definitely an acquired taste. You either love them or hate them. Nicole could definitely share closets with the Olsen twins. I forget which one is more into the bohemian chic look, but that’s exactly what Nicole’s style is. Nicole’s currently on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar in their June issue. If you’d like to read more about Harlow and her relationship with Joel, the issue comes out May 20. If Elvis were alive, he’d probably be driving a nice classic Cadillac, so why can’t the French Elvis do it? Meet Johnny Hallyday. For those who don’t know Johnny, he’s a French singer and actor. He’s known as the French Elvis. He’s one of France’s biggest stars and his accomplishments are insane. He’s had 18 platinum albums, completed 400 tours, and sold over 100 million records. Amazing! Well, the French Elvis is in Los Angeles and one of our photogs found him window shopping for a classic Cadillac yesterday. I’m loving that car below. Hope he found the right classic.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt should follow boxer George Foreman’s lead and name their babies after themselves. Star Magazine is reporting that Angie and Bradley are expecting twin girls. Angelina, Jr. or Angelina the 2nd or 3rd all sound like great names to me. With kid names like Zahara, Maddox and Shiloh, I’m sure the couple will probably opt for a more unique moniker for the new babies. I don’t know - I’m really feeling Angelina, Jr. It’s so damn catchy. Anyway, Star is claiming that Bradley’s super excited about the twin news and that he can’t wait for Angie to pop. Okay, they didn’t write it out like that, but that was the gist of the story. I can’t believe the Jolie-Pitts are going to be have half a dozen kids. Classic.

Star Jones has been in the news lately and not to promote a new project. Old boss Barbara Walters, who has a new book out, was recently in the Oprah show and told the talk show host that she had to lie everyday on The View about Star’s weight loss. Barbara said that Star had gastric bypass surgery, but she had to tell the viewers that the weight loss was due to portion control and pilates. Star talked to Usmagazine.com and had her own words about Barbara: “It is a sad day when an icon like Barbara Walters, in the sunset of her life, is reduced to publicly branding herself as an adulterer, humiliating an innocent family with accounts of her illicit affair and speaking negatively against me all for the sake of selling a book.” Yeah, I don’t think they’re buddies anymore. These are two very intelligent women bickering in public and getting a lot of publicity. Yup.

Is Miley Cyrus losing her golden touch? The NY Daily News is reporting today that the ratings for the newest episode of Hannah Montana dropped 14% from the previous new episode (aired a couple of months ago). Folks are wondering if this has anything to do with the Vanity Fair photos scandal, but Disney peeps are dismissing it. Disney’s president and chief executive officer, Bog Iger, said: “With a new season of shows coming up, a new record in July and a theatrical film next year, the ‘Hannah Montana’/Miley Cyrus franchise is incredibly robust.” They’re not letting go of Miley yet. She’s still making them millions, after all. The Vaniy Fair thing is going to be a thing of the past when her new album comes out this summer. Expect the tweens to continue their support of Miley. I doubt those racy pictures will diminish MIley’s popularity.
