No Nookie With The Prez

As if the Clintons don’t have enough problems this week. It is expected that Hillary Clinton will be conceding tonight and accepting defeat, as Barack Obama becomes the Democratic Presidential nominee. She had a good run and I’m sure she’s very disappointed about the outcome. And now this. There is a story in the July issue of Vanity Fair magazine which insinuates that President Bill Clinton may have had improper relations with actress Gina Gershon. Both President Clinton and Gina have come out with statements discrediting the story, which was written by Todd Purdum. Gina’s lawyers sent a demand letter to VF asking that they retract the story. President Clinton, meanwhile, told the Huffington Post that Purdum was a “sleazy… slimy.. a really dishonest reporter.” Pretty strong words there, sir. I haven’t read the article yet, but I’m sure Vanity Fair is going to be selling a ton of magazines with their July issue.
