Where have I been since Hilary turned the legal age of 18? We caught up with Hilary after a business lunch in Beverly Hills yesterday and my goodness has she grown up. Hilary was looking business chic as she exited the restaurant in a short dress and heels. Heh heh, look at me trying to talk fashion!
