On Set: I’m An Extra Jim, Not A Cult Member!

Production began yesterday on JJ Abrams Star Trek in a super secret Southern California location. We had to pull some major strings and drop a dime or two to find out where this bad boy was filming. Fortunately, JJ’s got the same M.O. as Cloverfield, which was another b-otch to find. Normally, we wouldn’t bother with these photos as they’re all extras, but according to a Star Trek fanatic friend of mine, all the rabid Star Trek fans will be eager to go to town on these photos. Every extra in Star Trek gear was covering up the goods with a hooded trench coat. Another reason we’re putting these pictures up is because that eagle eyed PA who spotted us posted up would want us to. He sure earned his money today.
