Britney Pap Will Have His Day In Court

A paparazzo has been ordered to appear in court on January 23 in the Britney-Kevin child custody case. The appearance order stems from the night Britney ran a red light near her home. In the above picture, you can actually see the pap, Britney and the red lights, so the pap was clearly in a position to witness the circumstances. I’m no lawyer but it’s safe to say both sides will have a field day during questioning. I can’t wait to read the minutes from this case. It’s clear from the picture that Britney did indeed run the red light, but are there circumstances in which running the red light can be justified?
