Lionel Dances On The Ceiling

Alright so he wasn’t dancing on the ceiling, but Lionel Richie looked very comfy hanging out with his girlfriend. We caught up with them shopping at the Marc Jacobs store in West Hollywood today. I wonder how Lionel’s feeling these days as he awaits becoming a grandfather. I’m sure he’s super excited. Lionel Richie has literally written at least ten #1 hits in the last twenty plus years. People probably wonder if he’s still doing music, but he can retire and just chill if he wanted to. It’s strange to think that his daughter’s more popular now than he is, since he was such a huge star in the ’70s and ’80s. He literally had people at “Hello” before Jerry Maguire did. Whoa, that was super lame. Then again, he did make a video with some blind chick who was sculpting his face. It was a very romantic yet strange idea for a video. I’d like to see Joel Madden’s group Good Charlotte remake the song and Nicole can play the blind girl who sculpts his head. Yes, that would be lovely and will probably never happen.
