Louisiana Is Calling

Wow - what a crazy beginning of the year Lynne Spears has already had. She just ended 2007 with news of her 16 year old daughter announcing her pregnancy, and now this. Britney is still at Cedar Sinai Medical Center and it’s been noted that she’s in contact with her mom. Lynne hasn’t been present in Britney’s life the last few months after the singer cut off ties with her family. I’m sure after Jamie Lynne made her announcement two weeks ago, Britney and Lynne probably had a chance to talk. It’s unfortunate that their reunion would be cut off by another sad event. People.com is reporting that Lynne and Jamie Lynn are now enroute to Kentwood, Lousiana, their hometown. It’s probably best that they head off to where they most feel comfortable and be with people they’ve known for a long time. Maybe Britney could also use some hometown hibernation after her stint at Cedar Sinai. Home is where the heart is, as they say. It’s probably best that Brit resolves some of her issues of the heart closer to her real home. We’ll keep you posted for more updates.
