The Battle Continues
I have never seen an actual restraining order but have always assumed it’s a piece of paper (colored yellow, don’t ask me why) signed by a judge. When I heard about the eleven page restraining order Brit’s parents filed against Sam Lutfi, I was a bit shocked. Eleven pages? Really? Well, it is a very detailed one. Sam has to stay 250 yards away from Britney, her homes, her children’s homes, the hospital she’s in, etc. The restraining order also details the complaints Jamie and Lynne Spears have regarding Sam. It stated that Sam moved into Brit’s home last October, cut off her home phone lines, and has tried to control her finances and career. It also states that he drugged Britney. It basically paints Sam as an abusive and destructive leech, but in better written sentences. The hearing regarding the restraining order is set for February 22. I guess that’s when Sam gets his day in court. With all this drama going on in the “outside” world, Brit should definitely just stay where she is.

Also, in her declaration, Lynn states that Britney wanted her Dad. Lutfi barred Jamie at the gate. Not Britney. We keep hearing from “an inside source” that she doesn’t want her dad as her conservator. Considering that the “inside source” is most likely Lutfi, I have to wonder how true that is.
Lutfi should be in jail for drugging her, and possibly Lynn and her friend, Jackie. It will be interesting to see how much money is missing from her estate. I read that she changed her will and added new people to some of her accounts last week. Bet I know who that new person is! Sam is all over the internet and media blasting her parents; I hope people see through his BS. This guy is dangerous. Thank God Britney is away from him and he is restrained from contacting her and her family.

I really, truly believe Brit’s parents arrived just in time. Lutfi was real close to getting Brit to sign away her fortune, I beleive. At least it seems that way. As it is, her totall assets are now only $40 million? What happened to $70 million in one year? Lutfi was inserted into every aspect of her life, and all her business dealings, managers and partners should be examined. The money had to go somewhere. Thank God her parents arrived when they did. I just hope it’s on time to help her. The harm Lutfi did to her is so serious, and he had her drugged with SERIOUS medications. I have no idea why I care so much, other than Britney is just loveable and so obviously troubled. Sam terrorized her, and this is not the first time he has done something like this, either. Sam, there is something unpleasant wating for you in the afterlife, my friend. Bring shorts, it’s gonna be hot.

I honestly believe there are more people who know and have seen things recently. They need to come forward instead of worrying about covering their own behinds. It has been obvious that Britney’s mind has been “off” for a while.
Also follow the money trail and the paper trail

I want to thank everyone for the warm welcome, kind words and invitation to join some of you at Finalpixx (waving to G). On January 29th I began posting information at Finalpixx. I was hopeful that information about Svengali Sam and François, and Brandy Navarre (co-owners of X17) would spread. Unfortunately, the trolls have taken over the FPX blog making it difficult to share information. I hope you guys don’t mind if I re-post these references here (and perhaps add a few more) so others will see them and continue sharing them.
Svengali Sam has inflicted tremendous psychological and physical harm to Britney and her family. I am confident she is in safe hands now. Of course, he has also done tremendous damaged to her reputation. One day, when she’s stable and healthy – she needs to live in a world that understands what happened to her. The Internet Wayback Machine archives virtually everything. When her children are older, I hope they will be able to read and know in their hearts that their mother was quite ill – and also being victimized. Perhaps, they will grow to understand the whole world did NOT have knives out for their mother. Some of us have been concerned for a very long time. I’m hopeful the more people read (and write) the more people will empathize and support her fresh start.

People like Sam says what you want to hear. Sam always work in the direction that she shall start mistrust everyone who can be a danger to SAMS position.

For him, to find a rich young woman who just have given birth twice, in an short time, and also was going under a nasty divorce - it must almost to been too good to be true for Sam.
First work up the needing of him as a person.

I heard X17 is furiously posts all things NOT Britney and trying to distance themselves (damage control).
The Associated Press interviewed Brandy Navarre, X17 co-owner. I’m beginning to understand why Navarre and Lutfi get along so well - she is also a loathsome creature.

This series of Navarre quotes were posted 2 1/2 hrs ago - after the court orders were released.
“How Lutfi connected with Spears in the first place isn’t clear.
Brandy Navarre, co-owner of celebrity photo agency and Web site X17, told the AP that Lutfi contacted the agency about nine or 10 months ago — after her head-shaving incident and others — about telling Spears’ side of the story.
Since then, X17 photographers have cultivated a close relationship with both Spears and Lutfi, whom they have photographed together numerous times. Lutfi communicates with X17 by text messages, instant messages and e-mail regularly, and has had long conversations with Navarre, she said.
Navarre said she never asked him how he and Spears met. Still, “I think I’ve always had a positive feeling of him,” Navarre said. “He seems to have Britney’s best interest in mind.”
In the order against Lutfi, Lynne Spears says her daughter met him in October 2007, and that he “essentially moved into Britney’s home and has purported to take control of her life, home and finances.” She describes witnessing a situation of tight control and manipulation, with Lutfi calling the shots on her medications, cutting her phone lines, and deciding who’s let in to see the pop star.
A court commissioner on Monday extended temporary conservatorship of Spears to her father, from whom she’s been estranged, through Feb 14. Adam Streisand, an attorney who said he believed he had been authorized to represent Spears, argued Monday that James Spears should be removed because his role “is causing her more agitation and more distress.”
“Her family hasn’t been around,” Navarre said. “(Lutfi) has kind of been filling that void. … He’s done everything from being a default manager and publicist to being a brother, a dad.”
Navarre denied rumors that the agency was paying Lutfi for access.
“We have paid people for information, for pictures, but we’ve never paid Sam Lutfi and have never paid Britney Spears,” Navarre said. “And he’s never asked us for any money.”

I believe X17 is still on good terms with Sam - just in case he throwns them a bone. They are at the same level as Sam and I consider them accessories to the Crime Sam committed.
I would love to see sam in handcuffs!
IF Sam Lutfi was Tried in the Court of Law, I don’t think there is a jury on earth that wouldn’t convict the sleazy Svengali.

I don’t think 250′ is enough for this guy, and you’re rightm she is where she needs to be after what he’s put her through. I mean she loses custody of her babies and then the thing she loves most, her dog, he hides from her and makes her look for it like crazy. Whay kind of a sick mind does that, it’s just so incredible. Then to feed her seroquel and liquor, it’s amazing she’s alive. I knew just from looking at his ugly mug that he was not good for her and then when her friends and family were alienated from her was when he really got a grasp on this. And there’s no Kevin to blame for this. And if britney is really Bipolar, then there has to be something the courts can do to keep this guy locked up so he wont do this to somebody else (I’ve read britney wasn’t the only one). Wow, I hope this family gets it together for her sake. As a fellow Bipolar, she is going to need all the support she can get. I have a feeling that Kevin will also step up to the plate and allow some time of visitation, even if it’s in a public place with a court appointed nanny. Of course this will be a while from now, medications can be trial and error for us bipolar patient until they find the right cocktail. It wouldn’t be good for the babies to see her now, it’s not a punishment, it’s in their best interest. But if she wants to get her life back, she can, and as long as she sticks to her meds she’ll slowly start getting stringer. God bless all of them. To bad in America we can’t hang people by their balls and put them in the middle of a town square and throw rocks at them. I just can’t think of a bad enough punishment for this creep and that’s a scary thing. I just have one questiion for him now “OSAMA, WHAT’S IN YOU WALLET”?

The medications mentioned are specific to different disorders/psychoses. If a person who does not have mental illness takes them (or has disorders for which these medications should not be prescribed) they will be damaged by them. One most earnestly hopes, not irreparably in Ms Spears case. Britney Spears has been in a vulnerable state of mind, easily manipulated and abused. This is dreadful stuff, appalling! Surely this man can be prosecuted for this? There is no way these events can be Britney’s or her parent’s ‘fault.’ ‘Ordinary’ people have no defenses against a psychopath because a psychopath’s motives and wants are completely alien to what ‘ordinary’ people could even begin to consider might be ANY human being’s purpose or desires. It seems that Adnan’s inclusion into Britney’s life has been of benefit. He has done nothing but positive for her (since his relationship with Britney became close) and for her family. It astounds me that because he is not of fair skin, blue eyes and/or of the American middle class (ideal) in appearance that he has been vilified and abused. He is a caring man, without doubt. What a terrible and appalling ordeal for that poor young woman, and for her family who (due to her adult status at law) have been constrained from helping as they must desperately have wanted to do. We can but continue to send all positive and loving thoughts for them.

I understand intense flashes of anger are a rather common occurrence among those with un-medicated bipolar disorder; especially when they are experiencing what they perceive to be unbearable scrutiny and/or stress. It isn’t a pretty story but it is a truthful firsthand account. But it does make me wonder about whether there is a secondary disorder affecting her core identity.
Remember, no matter what the issue – knowledge informs our lives, it shapes our decisions.
