K-Fed’s Team Gets Lighter
Who knew lawyers needed publicists, but Mark Vincent Kaplan did. Too bad his guy quit on him. According to SFGate.com, PR guru Michael Sands quit as the spokesperson for Kevin Federline’s lawyer. The reason? He got sick of attacking Britney Spears. This is what Sands had to say about Kaplan: “Mark Vincent Kaplan needs to lay off. Everyone has to lay off before Britney dies accidentally.” He also expressed his opinion that the kids (Sean Preston and Jayden Jaymes) are better off with Kevin right now, but that Britney should be allowed to see her kids. Sands said that Kevin Federline needs to step up and be supportive of Britney for the sake of their kids and “not hide behind the shield of his lawyer and be a man” (his actual words). And the soap opera continues.

How really dissapointing that this news is so old. Furthermore, Sands did not quit, he was fired. The courts gave Jamie Spears a restriction order for Mr. Osama Latfi, who, has admitted to giving Britney drugs. Osama is now Sands client. Why, i’m sure many people have been asking that question. I really don’t think there’s anything anybody can say or do to make him look good. He bashed Britney’s family at a moment when it was the last thing she needed. He has stated that he has never taken money from Britney and now we know that’s also another lie. He had a “salary”, i’m sure apointed by himself as her “manager” (with no qualifications to be one except for his momma’s gasoline station. If he is so sure what he is saying is true, let them prove it. If the meds he admitted giving her are legit, i’m sure, Mr. Sands with all the BS he talks will be able to pruce the prescriptions for the same. Now they say that Sam came into Britney’s life in October 2007, another lie, there was the the time he was trying to run from KFed’s lawyer servers and that was in August 2007. Also, if you go to youtube, there’s a video dated January 2007 were they are in the park and he is clearly pushing the swing were Sean is seated. This came out and they have yet to deny it. Talk is cheap. Mr. Sand’s need’s to get his facts straighetend out before he shoots off. I don’t trust a man who publicly humiliates his ex-wife, the mother of his son, by decalring in a news conference that she is Bipolar. That is nobody’s business, she is not in the industry and that is the mother of his son. I guess he wanted KFed to publicly bash Britney, something he has never done and in a certain way, I aplaud and admire him for that. Nobody has comfirmed that Britney does indeed have a mental disease, drugs can cause the same crazyness (when have you seen a sane drug addict?), so why should he speak out? Im glad he didn’t take the bait! Osama and San’s both need to crawl under the rock they came from and let this family heal so that she can get better and try to have some relationship with her adorable boys. As a bipolar patient, I know if she is diagnosed it’s going to be an uphill battle, but that remains to be seen yet. Please do’t turn this site into another X17. Thanks!

No matter how hard jfx tries, they will never stoop to the level of x17. As for Sam, there are pictures of him on untouchablebritney that date back to the end of 2006 (nov or dec). Which if you think about the Danny Hanes article, it says he realized and booted Sam about xmas time. I’m not sure it actually specifies the year, but I’m sure it had to be around 06. I think the first pictures I spotted was when Brit went to a tanning salon, and Larry Rudolph was with her … and there was Sam. It almost doesn’t look like him, but I’m pretty sure it is. He looks to have lost weight since then.
The Mr. Sands video was hard to watch. Very long and boring. He swayed and babbled. He also stated that he wanted to recreate Sam’s image … then he changed his mind and reworded his thoughts. I’m sure Mr. Sands has juicy, squishy info about Kaplin and Kevin. He said he quit, but like you (arlenepr) I believe he was fired! He told Kevin to lay low (good advice) which he did …. now he’s probably giving Sam the same advice. I can’t believe Alli was hanging with him this past weekend. Birds of a feather .. flock together (i dunno)

Ialso remember that mr Kaplan made the first move by asking Mr Hands to leave “the scen”, and also hand back all the “papers” who mr Sands maybe have collect under the Kaplan/Federline time.
Mr Kaplan was very polite in his letter to Sands.
And mr Sands hade the version ” I´m not in law, you no, I´m media”
I get the feeling that mr Sands, who is a pro on media, even if we maybe don’t like his way of doing it, want to daze everyone in “the case” to start to suspect each other hugeousus, even if he talk about “peace and cooperation”
Mr Sand will do everything to make people look away from Sam Lutfi and make others standnig in the spotlight. Others, not sam Lufti, to taking blame.
Thats mr Sand job. Nothing else.

It’s no wonder Kaplan fired Sands. Sands is a babbling idiot, who now is helping bury his own client, Lutfi, every time he opens his mouth. Kaplan had every right to ask him for his files since he’s no longer employed by him. He has to turn over that information to Kaplan, and if he uses it or leaks it, he can be in big trouble. It is confidential material.
I’ve never felt that Kaplan was out to get Britney. He took no delight in her illness, nor has Kevin. I sincerely believe that both Kaplan and Federline hope Britney gets better so she can play a part in her son’s lives.
BTW-I can’t imagine this site turning into another X17. Brandy Navarre has been quoted saying that “greed is good”. Ah, spoken with someone who has the milk of human kindness flowing through her veins! NOT! Look at the picture of Britney taken when she had a menses accident-no other agency would touch that one, except X17. X17 has no moral compass whatsoever.

it’s no wonder why they are so hard on britney, it’s like show some respect and be a bit more softer to her, how are you going to learn if you cant be a good attorney to the other attorney and let them have visitation to see her own children …. kaplan is an ass | and federline is worse than that - I wished britney never had kids with kevin or have even married him - she would have been alot better off
