Britney Update

Upate: Like I said earlier, there are no custody changes for Britney Spears. She was denied visitation rights to Sean Preston and Jayden Jaymes again. Papa Spears really wanted for Brit to get a chance to see her little ones, but it was not meant to be. She also has a new lawyer - Stacy Phillips. Trope & Trope no longer represents Britney.
There was another hearing this morning for the ongoing custody battle between Britney Spears and ex-hubby, Kevin Federline. Though both parties were not present, Brit’s dad, his co-conservator and Brit’s Trope & Trope lawyer, Ann Kiley, were present. There probably be won’t be any changes in the custody today, but Kevin Federline has been voicing his wish to have Britney back in their sons’ lives. It’s been seven weeks since Britney saw her boys, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden Jaymes, 1. Britney’s been doing very well lately, so hopefully as she gets better, her custody issues will also follow suit. One day at a time, right?

this is really unfair - how can a smart ass of a judge take no contest and changing everything for her - this is really un called for un professionally unexcpetable behavior - stop being so hard on her, she has not done anything to anyone since her release -
of all celebrities who makes alot of mistakes they can bounce back and get their kids back -

While Britney was in the presence of a court ordered monitor, she held Jayden hostage in the bathroom for 4 hours. She is still speaking in the British accent, and last night, exposed her vagina once again. No easy feat, since her black dress was a long one. After being presented with evidence of drug and alcohol abuse, potentially fatal driving errors, refusal to take drug tests, parenting classes, and an evaluation, the judge had no choice but to rule in favor of the children. When Britney gets treatment for her mental illness, then, and only then, should she be given supervised visitation rights.

Brit has already had some treatment. I think its the drugs that she is slowly reeling from the effects. DO you know the effects of what Sam gave her? Do you understand also ADHD and PPD or TBI?
In addition to the other hearing she needs a scan to be sure.

also, they have had people with other forms of illnesses and addictions in ordinary life get visitations even supervised at a neutral setting and she gets nothing.

Paz, the court is awaiting a psych eval - this is why the restrictions in Oct. the night she held jayden is the reason she got her rights suspended, and the fact that she is getting treatment should be evidence enough to have the october order (monitored supervision) at the very least reinstated.
Britney was co-operative with the authorities on that night, and one officer even said it was confusing why an ambulance was called… Yes, a court monitor was there - and didnt stop it - but no-one has said she has put those boys in danger.
It was a desparate plea to have her babies… If she were not Britney Spears, who comes with lots of BS hype, the over-xealous officer would probably not have called an ambulance as it is said that is not procedure…
???
Anyway, indications are she will get visitation sooner than most would think.
