Yes, Sabrina the teenage witch is all grown up! Our photogs found new mom Melissa Joan Hart taking a nice stroll with hubby Mark Wilkerson and their two sons today in Van Nuys. The clan was headed for lunch at Habit Burger Grill. Melissa just gave birth to one-week old Braydon Hart. They have a two-year old, Mason, who’s now a big brother. What’s up for Melissa? She’ll be appearing in a couple of TV movies and a small-budget movie called Satin. Hey, she’s concentrating on being a mom, okay? What Melissa really needs is a new comedy vehicle. Yes, something on CBS and opposite one of the old Friends men. Something like that would be good for her. But what do I know. I’m not her agent.
