Workin’ Out With Brit
Looking at these pictures almost makes me want to use my unused gym membership. Almost. Check out Ms. Britney getting her gym on yesterday at Bally’s in Studio City. Brit looked like she was having a good time at the gym. All those endorphins must be kicking in. She does look happier, doesn’t she? I know that’s good news for all of her fans, who have been waiting for her comeback. She’s getting there. Brit’s camp got good news yesterday, too, when Sam Lufti was given another extension on his restraining order. The less people handling her right now, the better, I think. Keep the workouts going, Brit!

She walk as a pro on this walking maskin, stretching out the steps as she should, but when the girls start to talk, she forget to move her arms..
She is lovely.

Brit May Club for a Living

Sources tell TMZ Britney Spears is in negotiation with Bally Total Fitness to be a frontwoman for the company — and backwoman, too!
Here’s what we know. Brit’s parents have both been talking to Bally about making a deal. Daddy Jamie has the power as co-conservator to make it happen. It all happened because Larry Rudolph, who is coming back to manage the Britster, has a close friendship with John Wildman, the Chief Marketing Officer of Bally.
During the negotiations, Brit has been going to the club at least once a day and up to as many as three times a day. She’s training with two of the company’s top personal trainers — we’re guessing one for the front and one for the back. She’s also working with the company’s nutritionist, who has put Britney on five to six quality meals a day. No Taco Bell, no Fanta … life can really suck.
As of now, there is no deal — just negotiations. We’re told she isn’t getting any money yet, but she’s working out for free. As a company insider put it to us, “We’re more interested in Britney Spears’ health than her $19.”

Good to see her smile. I’m excited to see what the future holds for her. This would be a great opportunity for her but she was never that fat in the first place.

Just say it
I suffer from a serious depression since December 2006 and I began to fell best again since December 2007… but I was not on the top ! but since I look Britney going, take care of here ,the hair, the nail, the fitness and well I followed his example and have got to say that it’s makes me the largest good
For sure the psycologist help , but to take care of oneself helps

So, she’s happy for the moment. Doesn’t mean she’s happy overall. Even the sad can laugh at funny things.
But she does look happy in these pictures. Exercise can bring on feel good endorphins and that’s always a good thing.
I guess she’s going to be getting back into shape .. as in pre-baby shape. I think she looks great as she is.
