Tom And Angelina Movie Posters

I love movie posters. They are an under appreciated form of art and probably the most important single piece of advertising for a film since it’s likely the first time many will hear about a movie. Just Jared got the first look at Tom Cruise’s upcoming Nazi thriller Valkyrie and I’m completely underwhelmed by it.  Angelina Jolie’s Changeling poster also hit the internet yesterday and well, honestly, it looks like it could double as a stool softening advertisement in a woman’s magazine.

Changeling tells the story of woman who suspects something is afoot after her kidnapped son is returned to her. The guys spent weeks photographing Angelina on this period piece’s movie set and it’ll definitely be a front runner for awards season based on wardrobe and art direction. As for Valkryie, well it was long plagued with accidents, re-shoots and overall Scientology nonsense while shooting in Germany. Valkryie tells story of the failed attempt by German officers to assasinate Adolf Hitler during World War 2.
