Day 2: Britney Trial
Day two of the Britney Spears driving without a license case begins today with jury deliberations. The “prosecution” rested its case after calling only one witness to the stand, a California DMV employee who testified that Britney did not have a valid California drivers license. Later, Britney’s father took the stand and testified that Britney is in fact a resident of Louisiana and she plans to move back there as soon as legally allowed due to her child custody arrangement. “Prosecution” also showed Britney’s divorce papers, which showed Britney as listing California as her place of residency as well as her inactive Louisiana voter registration card. We’ll have details as they come.

How much money have they wasted so far on this stupit trial? CA like the rest of the country doesn’t have enough money these days and they waste what they do have on stupid crap like this.
Happy Birthday Sergio! Hope you have the day off.

I agree G. If she walks, and I hope she does, the prosecutor should have the cost deducted from his check.
Happy Birthday Sergio!

Oh Ronnie, you know it never works out that way for Britney Spears. Didn’t she end up paying for all that Eardley crap? What hasn’t she paid for?
Happy B-Day Sergio — sorry I got the day wrong.

Now why am I not surprised the star witness was from X17? Do I detect hubris?

…”Many of the photographers who follow her treat Spears like a sister who just happens to be a cash cow. When she dropped a $35,000 diamond earring on Sunset Boulevard last year, X17 photographer Sandro Rodriguez found it and gave it back to her. A paparazzo once changed a flat tire for her. Another programmed her car’s GPS.”

Ronnie, will records show whether he was a hostile witness? (call it suspended belief)
He sounds pleased to be in court.

TMZ used to be tops when it came to courtroom coverage. What’s up guys? X17 has been outrunning you of late.

Well, I believe he wanted to help Britney but he probably didn’t in the end. He was also happy to plug their website as well.

Got it. He must be BMOC at X today.
I’ll bet he hasn’t felt “special” that way in awhile, certainly not in the company of Spears.
He got dumped. In the end he was not special at all.
