Well, studios want to control that countries get the trailers intended for their countries. Most trailers or advertisements are handled by local companies so hopefully you’ll be able to see the trailer soon enough in your local language.

Can tell you, I have seek for common expressions in enlish.
Example:
“You bet”, in english…in my language we use 8 words for the same!
