We’re two days into July and everyone’s probably going to be at the grocery store today stocking up on spare ribs (or veggie patties if you’re Pamela Anderson) and beer. Lindsay Lohan, meanwhile, is celebrating her birthday. Happy 22nd birthday, Linds! Ms. Linds has been looking quite well and happy as of late, and I’m attesting it to the support of her BFF, Samantha Ronson. They’re just the cutest together, aren’t they?
