Miley And Her Entourage

Miley Cyrus now has an entourage. We usually see Miley followed closely by family and family friends but now it seems Miley has upgrading to the wonderful world of Hollywood with her very own entourage. And I’ve seen enough episodes of HBO’s Entourage to know this can’t be good. So here are some pictures of Miley leaving a West Hollywood Nail Salon with her very own Turtle, E and Drama. Sorry to all of you who aren’t fans of the show. I just watched the last 3 episodes of the new season this morning so I’ve got it on the Entourage on the brain.
