Sambora Could Face Two Misdemeanors

Richie Sambora, who was arrested on March 25 for driving under the influence, could face two misdemeanor charges, Us Magazine reports. The Laguna Beach Police Department is requesting that Richie should be charged with child endangerment and DUI. The request from LBPD is not final and will have to be reviewed by the Orange County district attorney’s office. This means he hasn’t been officially charged and will have to wait to see what the DA decides. Richie was with his daughter Ava when he was arrested. He’s due to appear in court May 7th.
