More Nanny Problems
There seems to be more problems for Rob Lowe and his wife, Sheryl Bekoff. A second nanny, Laura Boyce, has come forward with a lawsuit against the couple. Laura claims that she was wrongfully terminated and was victim to sexual harassment. The suit was mainly directed towards Sheryl. People Magazine reports that the suit charges Sheryl with walking around nude in front of Laura and bombarding her with questions about her boyfriend’s private parts. Laura also claims that Sheryl made racist comments regarding her boyfriend, who is a professional basketball player.
Sheryl released a statement today, which read: “The charges against me are lies meant to embarrass and humiliate. I find it deeply offensive the false allegation that I would use racially insensitive comments. I’m certain that my dearest and longtime friend, and godfather to my children, Marcus Allen, would beg to differ with their charges. We do not see color in my household; my children do not see color. It deeply saddens me that I even have to explain this to my children.”
This is going to be a long court battle. Gloria Allred, who is representing the first nanny who filed a suit, is also going to act as Laura Boyce’s attorney.

The Lowe people just refuse to be be blackmailed, thats whats worries this nannies and there “friends”.
They thought the could pic up some quick big money.
And then Lowes refuse!!!! Ha!!!!!
I dont belive this nanny/stuff things.
It was a really hysteri performance by Laura Boyce. Painful to see..Her lawyer, who use to act like a iron lady, was sweet, soft and soothing, like an old grandma.
“I have four lawyers who work with me in this case”, she said to the jounalists….

Not a big fan of Gloria Alred. She’s another one with a serious case of “I got dumped syndrome”. Alright alright, that might have been a low blow but come on now. It’s going to get nasty and I do feel for the kids regarding the racist remarks the mother was accused of saying. I guess the dirty laundry will all be aired out in public. Good luck to the jury, it’s going to be a hell of a job.

I’m not buying the nannies accusations. If the nannie that came forward (who I think was on an AM tv show) was so mistreated, why did she not make this public as soon as she was fired?
I have watched Gloria Alred’s career and lost respect for her after she defended Amber Frye. She did an excellent job with Amber and the Scott Peterson case, but seems she is now taking on any and every lawsuit that appears frivilous.
Why didn’t she volunteer her services for free, like many of the attorneys defending the FLDS children? She now only wants “famous cases” that put her in the spotlight.

I believe she does do many of these high profile cases for free.
She gets tons of Publicity for her law firm that gets lots of calls for representation when Gloria is all over TV with a case like this.
And actually I do believe the Nannies.
With the second most recent one it would not be considered totally disgusting behavior with most people, but definately Inappropriate.
You think if she was lying about the whole thing she would come up with something really off the wall.
Besides I think Rob is a bit of a Perv and Sex Addict. So looks like he met his match with the wifey.

Yes and Blackmail means revealing the TRUTH about someone that can be embarassing and damaging unless the Blackmailer is Paid.
Blackmail, if proven would be considered a crime (I think)
But take for instance the Nanny was just demanding Back Pay and overtime pay which she felt she was entitled to or would reveal the truth about Rob showing His Little Rob.
Since she is also sueing for payment she felt entitled to.
Now would that be considered blackmail?
BTW, Rob was treated for Sex Addiction back about 20 years ago.
Who knows. Maybe it will soon come out the Lowes are Swingers, Held Get Togethers at their place and Staff was involved.
Then that’s how the Chef ended up in the Lowes Bed.
Nanny didn’t want to take part but after Rob had a few drinks started showing his willie trying to coax the Nanny to join in the party. He He

Yes he was part of the Brat Pack - he was one of the leaders back in the day. I still dont think the nannys are right. I think they see $$ signs only and want a pay off.
