Pete’s Mashup

Thursday, August 21st, 2008

Sorry guys for the late postings today. Miss Haydee’s a bit under the weather today so I’ll be taking over posting duties for the day. So bear with my type-o’s, grammar and overall denseness. OK, so let’s get started with Pete Wentz. Our guys spotted Pete checking out the G1977 Art Gallery in Hollywood, Ca yesterday. Not breaking news but get this, the guys snapped some pics of Pet’s Mercedes, which he had driven the night before and was in good condition, but today had some minor damage to the front. Seems Pete’s not having the best luck with this Mercedes. Check out the pics below. Be sure to check out the tiny camera Pete has around his neck. Pretty funny.

Update: Morgan Freeman In Car Accident

Tuesday, August 5th, 2008

Update: Morgan Freeman’s spokesperson, Donna Lee, released this statement today: “Morgan is doing well after his surgery last night to reconnect nerves and repair damage in his left arm and hand. The surgery last night lasted four and a half hours. He’s visiting with family this morning. As of this morning he’s up and walking around and looking forward to his release in a few days.” Good times! Glad to hear the Oscar winner is on his way to recovery!

Yet another sad news. Oscar winner Morgan Freeman was involved in a car accident over the weekend and is currently in serious condition. Morgan was driving with a passenger in Tallahatchie County when the accident happened at about 11:30 p.m. Sunday, Mississippi Highway Patrol public affairs officer Sgt. Ben Williams told People.com. Freeman’s 1997 Nissan Maxima was heading eastbound on Mississippi Highway 32 when the car went off the edge of the road and overturned several times before coming to a stop. Emergency crews had to use the jaws of life to get Morgan and his companion out of the car. The two were airlifted from the accident scene to the Regional Medical Center at Memphis, where Morgan is currently in serious condition. We wish Morgan Freeman the very best and hope his condition gets better.
