“30 Rock” Renewed

Don’t look so grumpy, Alec —your show is safe for another year. Yesterday at the Television Critics Association press tour, NBC announced an early renewal for “30 Rock,” which stars Tina Fey, Alec Baldwin, Jane Krakowski & Tracy Morgan.
Also returning for another year are “The Office” and “The Biggest Loser.” “Lipstick Jungle” is still in limbo, awaiting its fate.

On Location: My Sister’s Keeper

Our photogs were at the set of My Sister’s Keeper yesterday and spotted a bunch of the film’s stars. Hey, they’re all not there everyday, so this was a treat. Filming yesterday were Alec Baldwin and Joan Cusack. I love Joan Cusack. She is one of the best character actresses in Hollywood and she’s managed to have such a long career. I don’t know why I adore here, but I do. And check out Alec Baldwin. He always looks like he’s up to something, isn’t he? He has that devilish look even when he’s just taking a break. Or maybe it’s just me. Anyway, check out the pics from the set below.

Our photogs were at the set of My Sister’s Keeper again this weekend. They got more shots of Alec Baldwin, Jason Patric and Abigail Breslin taking breaks from filming. It must have been one hot day because Alec was oozing out of his dress shirt. Or maybe he was just working way too hard. I’m glad he’s stocking up on his potassium. Cameron Diaz, who also stars in My Sister’s Keeper, is currently in New York promoting her upcoming movie, What Happens In Vegas. I’m sure we’ll see her back on the set soon.

I have more exclusive photos from the set of My Sister’s Keeper, currently filming in Los Angeles. This time around our photogs caught Alec Baldwin and Abigail Breslin on set. Alec’s show, 30 Rock returns to the NBC lineup this week. Check your local listings if you’re a fan. Alec Baldwin is a great actor and has a great comedic timing. I do enjoy seeing him on screen, but every time I see a picture of him these days, I always think back to that leaked phone call where he trash-talked his daughter, Ireland. He just seems like he has a bad temper. But we can’t all judge folks by one act, right? Right. In the meantime, check out the other pics from the set below.

There Are Still The Awards Shows…

One would think that after NBC canned the Golden Globes telecast this year, the awards show season would lose any of its momentum. Not so, my little kumquats. The American Film Institute held their annual luncheon this year and honored 10 films and 10 television shows. Talks of the writers strike probably passed through the lips of the celebrities that attended, including Ben Affleck, Alec Baldwin and Jason Bateman. The event was held at the Four Seasons Hotel and it garnered more attention this year because of the cancellation of the Golden Globes. I’ve included lots of pictures from the awards show, so enjoy them. And I’m also wondering what the heck they got in their goodie bags.
