Anne Needs Child Support Help

With the impending Screen Actors Guild strike and the cancellation of her ABC show, Men On Trees, Anne Heche is asking for a reprieve from her spousal and child support payments. People.com is reporting that Anne can no longer afford the nearly $15,000 in child and spousal support she pays to ex-husband Coley Laffoon. A judge gave her a temporary break, saying she didn’t have to pay her next payment covering the month of July, but she’ll still have to turn in updated income and expense information. Anne also stated in court papers that she continues to look for work, but she has no offers pending. See, even actors are dealing with the bad economy. And $15,000 in child and spousal support??? Who was her lawyer?!?!

Our photogs found Ashton Kutcher and Anne Heche filming on the set of their new movie, Spread. The movie’s described as a sexy romantic comedy about a serial womanizer and his jilted lover. The jilted lover is played by Anne Heche, I’m assuming. She actually took over the part right before filming. Jennifer Jason Leigh was supposed to star opposite Ashton, but word is she dropped out because she was preggy. Anne currently stars in ABC’s Men In Trees, which I believe is back for its second season. It’s a decent show, actually, if you like watching a neurotic woman (Anne) go through love troubles. She plays neurotic well, by the way. Anyway, check out the other pics from the set below.
