Actress Jaime Pressly looked a bit glum for a girl who just got engaged. She spent her 32nd birthday grocery shopping in Newport Beach, CA, with her brand new fiancé, entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, and her adorable son Dezi James. Dezi’s dad is Jamie’s ex Eric Cubiche. If Jaime’s bummed over the cancellation of “My Name is Earl,” I don’t blame her.

Tom and Katie’s little princess Suri Cruise had her third birthday yesterday, and she celebrated with a bash fit for royalty.

People reports Suri marked the occasion with a small group of family and friends at a princess-themed party, complete with a cake inspired by Belle from “Beauty and the Beast.” A source told People, “They just wanted to keep it small and make it fun for Suri and her friends.”

We can pretty much assume that 2008 would probably count as Halle Berry’s favorite year thus far. Yes, her Oscar win in 2002 may have made that quite a special time, but nothing beats the moment you give birth to your child. Halle welcomed her first baby, Nahla Ariela Aubry, on March.
