More “Gossip” For CW?

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the CW is planning to spin off its hit series “Gossip Girl” for next season. CW entertainment president Dawn Ostroff says that the network is in discussions with the producers of the show, which stars Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick, about how a new series could be done but nothing has been finalized. Ostroff added:
“Nothing really tangible yet, but we’re talking about it. If it’s the right idea, we’d all embrace it and be enthusiastic.”
Isn’t one “Gossip Girl” enough? Do we really need another one?

Ut-oooo…. all you young Hollywood Starlets better watch out! There is a new batch of kittens ready to come lick that milk! Our NY photogs spent some time on the Gossip Girl set today. It looks like all the shows are in full swing now that the strike is over. Blake Lively and her co-star Leighton Messter were shooting a scene today on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. We love these girls, they are the ultimate threat - beautiful, talented, down to earth, and sweet. Definitely something we feel that young Hollywood’s been lacking lately. In these pics I think they look like a young Kate Hudson and Rose McGowan. What do you think? Our photogs said they even said thank you! WOW! You don’t get that everyday. Well, I hope as these girls keep growing on the big screen they don’t lose their beautiful spirit and charm.
