Fred Segal – The Series

Famous fashionistas (like Paris Hilton, pictured) have shopped the Fred Segal stores for decades. Now the general public can see what really goes in inside the posh retail outlets.
Bravo revealed to The Hollywood Reporter that they will be launching a new show based on the Fred Segal location in Santa Monica. Bravo executive vp and general manager Frances Berwick stated, “Bravo has established itself as the go-to network for the hottest, trendiest and most dramatic docu-series on television. Fred Segal is a legendary retail haven synonymous with high fashion and style, and the fashionistas who work, shop and gossip at the store promise to have arresting, entertaining, colorful personalities and lives.”
This might be fun if we get to watch the customers making fools of themselves or the employees stealing, but if it’s one long infomercial for the Fred Segal stores—forget it.

Kathy Deserves The Cash

In a recent interview with comedienne Kathy Griffin, she basically stated that Bravo (the network currently airing her show My Life On the D-List) is being cheap and not giving her the pay increase she wants, and quite honestly deserves. In the past I thought Kathy was utterly annoying but this past season I have really come on board the Griffin train. Girl is hilarious! She’s in talks with other big networks but if all goes well she’ll be sticking with NBC, assuming of course that they pay up. But honestly, why wouldn’t they? Her ratings are through the roof and she has two Emmy’s… wherever she ends up will be great for the big guys that sign the paychecks!
