If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again, right? That’s what Carmen Electra’s motto is and kudos to her for being such a romantic. People.com is reporting that Carmen just got engaged to boyfriend Rob Patterson. Rob, a guitarist for the band Korn, popped the question in Las Vegas where the couple spent the weekend. This will be the third marriage for Carmen. She was previous married to Dennis Rodman and Dave Navarro. Hey, this could be the one that sticks. Congrats to the couple.

See, how hard is it to just smile when the cameras are approaching you? Carmen Electra knows that when she sees no paps running after her, she might need to talk to her agent. Well, our photogs found the lovely Carmen yesterday shopping around Beverly Hills and she smiled big for the cameras. She had her little pup tagging along, snugly hanging out with momma in her purse. Little dogs in purses are kind of weird to me, but whatever works. Check out the other pics of Carmen and her little pup below. Her smile’s contagious!

Carmen Electra looked stunning today as she supported her new man at Cosmopolitan Magazine’s Fun Fearless Male Awards held today at Cipriani in New York. Carmen has a history of dating those fearless bad boys from Prince to ex-husband Dave Navarro. She sure knows how to pick ‘em! New boy toy, guitarist Rob Paterson, should be really be proud to have that eye candy on his arm. Anyway, for those of you who wish you had her, here are some photos to help you keep on dreaming.

Where Their Assistants Are Returning Gifts
Wednesday, December 26th, 2007If you’re one of the millions trying to return that awful purple and green sweater your Aunt Mildren gave you, you’re not alone. Many celebrity assistants are probably out doing the same, except they’re not going to be in the customer service line at Target with you. Here’s a short recap of where some of our favorite celebs shopped this holiday season, and where their assistants might be getting some store credit.
Our first starlet is Carmen Electra, who was seen shopping at Intuition in Beverly Hills. Intuition carries everything from cute French Sole ballet flats to Norma Kamali dresses. I’m sure Carmen in all her adorable yellow jacket glory got tons of great gifts here. I’m going to assume her assistant would not return anything from this store, unless she wanted the cash back. Before Hannah Montana, there was Hilary Duff, and she is now all grown up. Hilary’s become quite the young woman and she has great taste. We found her shopping at Maxfield and Alessi, both in West Hollywood. They have great coats and luxurious goodies at Maxfield, so if she got her assistant anything there, homegirl should be all warm and cozy today, or she’s wearing a nice Cartier watch. Either way, she wins! Good shopping choices, Hil.
Little girls always learn from their mamas and Kathy Hilton is not any different. Our photogs caught up with her and second daughter Nicky shopping in Beverly Hills. They visited different boutiques around Rodeo Drive, but a shopping staple for both mom and daughter is Barneys New York. The posh department store is a regular stop-over for many celebs and we’ve seen the Hiltons there throughout the year. Last but not the least is Jenny McCarthy, who visited every woman’s fantasy shoe store – Christian Louboutin. Jenny’s assistant probably got some nice knee-length boots or fabulous daytime flats.
