TMZ is reporting that after a crazy morning in the Cedars Sinai mental ward, Britney has been released. The 5150 order apparently allows a person to be held a maximum of 72 hours before determining if they are a danger to themselves and others and can be released before that if they are determined not to be. So I guess the pendulum that is Britney’s mood swung back the other way enough for the doctors to determine Britney was sane enough to be released. I hope that’s true, I really do.
Sam Lutfi Slithers His Way To Cedars

We caught Sam Lutfi chauffeuring Britney’s attorney Tara Scott to Cedars Sinai last night and as you can see, Sam is clearly disturbed that the cops are preventing them from entering Cedars last night. Britney’s former enabler is definitely scared, but probably not for reasons you and I would be scared. He is more likely scared that he’ll may be losing his cash cow that is Britney Spears. Don’t worry Sam, you’re not in danger of losing your “sources close to Britney” stories to the highest bidder. You can see some images of Sam leaving Cedars last night.
